Patients and Visitors
NOTE: During COVID-19
For your safety and the safety of others, we have special instructions to prepare for your appointment or visit a patient.
Patients come first at the Alfond Center for Health, MaineGeneral's state-of-the-art inpatient facility in Augusta.
From the physician who oversees your care, to the nurse who checks your temperature to the housekeeper who cleans your room, we will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Being in the hospital can be a scary and stressful experience, especially if it's your first time. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible while providing you with expert, compassionate care.
You probably have many questions about our facilities and your care. Our patient and visitor guide will acquaint you and your family with our services, policies and procedures.
