Pullovers (with medicine ball):
Rotate at shoulder, elbows slightly bent and locked.

   


Hyperextension Y:
Make sure to roll back far enough to balance with legs.

   


Hyperextension T:
Make sure to roll back far enough to balance with legs.

   


Hyperextension L:
Make sure to roll back far enough to balance with legs.

       


Spinal Balance (same side and opposite):
Try to get arm and leg parallel to the floor.

   


Medicine Ball Foot Roll:
Make sure planted foot is at 90° angle for optimum balance.
