Youth Sports Initiative

Our Mission:
Our mission is to prioritize the health and safety of every young athlete by promoting best practices in injury prevention, education, and safe play. We will provide support and education to youth sports coaches and organizations with the knowledge and skills necessary to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for young athletes. We are committed to creating a sports environment where children can grow, compete, and have fun while ensuring that physical and emotional well-being remain at the heart of every game, practice, and program and foster a love for sports in every child.
Our Vision:
Our vision is to provide youth sports organizations with tools and resources that will create a safe environment for athletics. This will create a safe and supportive environment for all young athletes, where safety, education, and prevention are at the heart of every sport, allowing every child to enjoy, grow, and succeed in a healthy and injury-free setting. Coaches will have access to training, resources, and support they need to lead with confidence, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field. We hope to be a part of inspiring and empowering every young athlete through accessible, positive, and skill-building sports experiences that foster personal growth, teamwork, and a lifelong love for physical activity.
