We conduct and analyze lab tests right here in our community, and we are very proud of our local connections.
We are affiliated with Mayo Laboratories where we send rare or unusual tests and consult with their experts if necessary.

Improving Services
You want a simpler, quicker way to get your lab work done. We're with you.
We have a new system at the Alfond Center for Health and the Thayer Center for Health to check you in for your lab work. You'll still see our registration staff, but now you can see where you are in line after checking in using our electronic system.
Soon, you'll be able to make an appointment for your lab work to help you get in and out quickly and at a time that works best for you.

Laboratory Locations & Hours
Alfond Center for Health (Augusta) & Thayer Center for Health (Waterville)
- Monday - Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 7 a.m. to noon.
- Sunday & MGMC-observed holidays: Closed
STAT services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
5 Central Maine Crossing, Gardiner
- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. to noon
