Waited almost 2 hours to be seen for a 15 minute appointment. Wait times or appointments times need to be adjusted!

ALL WERE VERY FRIENDLY , TO ME THATS VERY INPORTANT .

Very professional

I was quite disappointed. I had to wait for over 45 minutes for Dr. George. I absolutely love this man. I know he's busy, but 45 minutes sitting there on a table and it was extremely cold in the room. I just, those are my two complaints. Other than that, everything is absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Dr William George took his time discussing my personal health and my menopause journey , at no time did I feel rushed, uncomfortable or questions left unanswered. I would and have recommended Dr George to my friends seeking out HRT questions or concerns.

Dr. George is a wonderful doctor. We appreciate his care and knowledge.

I was blessed to have seen Dr. George. He explained everything so I understood it. I would definitely recommend him.

Unfortunately I had to wait 35-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Staff was very kind and apologetic. It was just a bit inconvenient. Disappointed that I can not be scheduled with a doctor for each appointment. Staff informed me it was because everyone wants the doctors and so they alternate you with the PA etc so there is enough doctors to go around and everyone gets a chance tk see them some times. Honestly sounds like a maine general problem with not hiring enough of the type of credentialed staff as the customers want. Dr. George was absolutely amazing at providing expectations, encouraging patients to advocate for their needs and overall being caring. Five stars for him!

Dr. George was incredibly helpful, very attentive. I always thoroughly enjoy having him as my doctor to go over my personal needs and my medical history. The staff as far as scheduling and the nurses, that's not as great, but I know that there's constant turnover, so maybe that's why. But I highly recommend Dr. George. He is incredible and makes me feel so comfortable and I absolutely love having him and I always will request him as my doctor there.

Dr. George was extremely well informed when it came to matters of trauma and provided me tailored care to my specific needs that I really appreciated. The staff was very patient and helpful and I would very much recommend this facility.

Dr. George made me feel very unsupported and kept talking about all the ways my baby could die if I didn't do the exact birth plan he wanted... none of the other practitioners used these fear tactics and I left the office in tears... I have no complications and am only 20 weeks pregnant. It was a terrible experience and I will not see him as my care again.

Dr. George is an amazing OB/GYN. He listens to his patients and provides options to their care. Allowing the patients to be the ones to make the final decision. You feel valued as a patient.

Everyone very helpful and friendly. Dr was very willing to answer questions and provide much information!

I had a great experience with Dr. George. His bedside manner is great and he sits down to talk to you right at eye level, which I really appreciate. He went over all options with me and we made sure we had a plan when I left the appointment. I can't say this about prior physicians that I've met with in the practice. Communication can be difficult with the office. It can be very difficult to get through to get answers. Before my appointment with Dr. George, I was very unsure about the plan and I insisted on this appointment with Dr. George. Thank you.

I have been Dr. George's patient for several years. My purpose in choosing this practice was when I followed him there from Waterville Women's Care. All the care I've received there from Dr. George has been excellent and the staff has been just fine as well.

Dr George explained thoroughly about my condition and my treatment options.

There were 3 people at the registration window. Only 1 of them made eye contact & was helpful. The other 2 appeared to be typing on their computers, with no other patients around. Also, there was a slight hiccup with regards to accessing my records, since the merger of 2 practices.

Great experience,was treated with respect and caring. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other folks!

I've seen Dr. George for almost 27 yrs. I followed him from his private practice to Maine General. Always fantastic top notch care. Always recommend him.

I don't hear very well and I may not have answered everything the way I should, but the doctor was very helpful. They asked all the correct questions, gave me all the information I wanted. Dr George was excellent and very thorough. He listened and I felt very hopeful after seeing him.

I just wanted to say that Dr. William was the best doctor I've seen in OB so far because he broke down everything, including the induction day and what would happen if my baby's heart rate dropped and things like that and I thought he was very knowledgeable and informative and really helped my anxiety. He took time out of his day to explain things to me so that I wouldn't worry and that I appreciated so I wanted to give him a 10 out of 10.

I had a very good experience. I was there for symptoms that have been causing a great deal of stress for me. I felt like Dr. Geroge was listening to me and was able to very quickly diagnosis the cause and thoroughly review the available treatment options.

Dr. George truly surpassed all of my expectations. He was warm, pleasant, and incredibly informative, never once holding back on the details I needed to feel confident and supported. His genuine care and clarity made the entire experience comforting, and I walked out of his office feeling positive, reassured, and fully trusting the decision I made.

Dr. George was wonderful about explaining everything that he was going to do before and after my exam. We discussed different options regarding my care. It was comforting to have a provider really listen and hear my concerns and what is going on with my body. I wish all Dr's were like Dr. George. His office staff was friendly and helpful as well.

I was scheduled for an appointment, was given a glucose drink in advance to coming in to cut through the hour long wait time of taking it and was seen to take my blood sugar. I was then sent out into the waiting room for 20 minutes before they took my weight and blood pressure back in a private room and then left alone to wait for another hour. I did not receive any reassurance nor was checked on during this time without having to go to the nurses station to check on how long it would be until I would be seen by my doctor. I asked how long it would be until I would be seen as I had already been there for quite some time and had planned this visit into my busy schedule. I was then told then I was going to be seen next and it shouldn't be long, after 10 more minutes of waiting I went back to the nurses station to let the nurse know of what I had experienced and they had informed me I can make my next appointment before leaving. I don't necessarily blame anyone for these wait times as it was very busy, but if the appointment was made and prepped so that I wouldn't be there for a hour and a half just to only receive a blood sugar test, blood pressure and weight then I would have had a better experience. My top priority when going to my appointments is to check on the health of my baby and I did not receive that.

Dr. George was great.

Dr. George is one of the best doctors that I've seen in a long time. He took time to listen to me. His MA was there also asking questions and they really delved into my health history and made sure they understood what was going on before they offered treatment plans. I would recommend Dr. George to anybody.

It would be nice to offer crackers and juice to someone before discharged from day surgery. People are12+ hours without food.

The MAs and Dr George provided excellent care. Dr George is always very through and explains things in details that are easy to understand. He is very knowledgeable and I feel confident that things are done correctly.

The two combined practices still have some kinks to work out. I felt that Waterville Women's Care delivered better care.

Doctor George was great. He remembered me from my previous pregnancy and was on top of my care. The wait time was a bit ridiculous and the ones at the front desk were part of the other office that they share and was unable to help with scheduling of appointments or anything like that. All they could do was check me in. I am a little frustrated that I was not able to have my ultrasound and then an appointment right after due to the time blocks that it claims to take for the ultrasound. I wish I was able to do everything in one afternoon instead of having to come multiple times in a week to get everything done. It's very frustrating having to take off multiple days and times for appointments when with my last pregnancy, everything could get done in one visit

I wonder why when she saw my name change, she said, name change, did you get divorced or something. When I said, no, I got married, she said well, it is usually the other.

It was really nice to be walked up to my appointment. I do not know the facility well and saved me from getting lost. Thanks for that!

Dr. George is the best doctor in the history of ever, for one. And for two, it's very, very difficult to call this office since it changed over to Maine General. I used to be able to get through to this doctor. I've had the same doctor for over 20 years, Dr. George, and I always was able to get through and get a person, and it was so easy to get an appointment. And now it is so hard to call the doctor's office and get through to somebody and get an appointment without it taking like days to get through. But other than that, Dr. George is the absolute best.

Dr.George is so kind ,caring and he listens.I have been going to him for many ,many years.He is an excellent doctor.I would also like to mention the lady that drawed my blood.She was exceptional!She has a way about her to make you feel at ease.I am not a fan of needles.She did an excellent job and it was so fast I barely felt it
