I was very happy with the Dr he made me feel comfortable. We talked about everything that I am going through. I could tell he cared. He is a good man. I've been going through a lot this past year 2025- . I appreciate how he made me feel. I have already started telling people how he was with me and he cares. I'll be making an appointment with him in the spring to see how my progress has been going since healing from my stroke last April. It's so good to find a good Dr that cares up here in Maine. I really appreciate him. Thank you .

It took a while to get an appointment but other than that I was mostly happy with my experience and with the doctor

Dr. Chasse is a very good doctor. He took the time to listen to me and moving here from out of state knowing my daughter needed a surgery. We were able to go ahead and try to get the process a little faster than delaying us any longer. And I truly appreciate him.

Dr was great but when I explained how i thought my nosebleeds started and what previous exams I had prior to my visit he kinda just brushes my concerns to to side. I just felt like my time and the visit was a waste of money and my concerns weren't taken seriously.

Dr. Chasse and his staff have been great about recommending preventative care that has effectively avoided further ear infections for me.

Dr. Chasse provided valuable insight as to what may be causing my tinnitus. He referred me to get a hearing test. Thanks Dr. Chasse!

Dr. Chasse is a genius

Yeah, I'd just like to say that Dr. Chasse did a great job again this year. I had never known this. He pointed it out to me that when I had my mastoid operation, when I was just a little kid, the doctor took part of the bone out of the back of my ear and that contributes to my balance in my body. So I had often wondered that sometimes I I have a little lightheartedness when I'm getting up quickly, and him and I talked about that. So I was thankful that he brought that to my attention. Okay, thank you.

Dr. Chasse is a Godsend. He identified the cause of my medical problem and the remedy. Twice I saw my PCP and walk-in clinic staff within the last 2 months. They were unable to identify this issue. Dr. Chasse is the best!

Finally a great ear doctor in Maine!

Finding the new ENT location was a bit tricky. I knew it was on the terrace level, and on that level I saw a sign with an arrow pointing me in the right direction, but I didn't see any signage at the actual ENT registration area. I walked right by the check-in windows and asked at the kidney office where to find ENT. There was a big sign for the kidney office, but if there was an ENT sign, I didn't see it.

Dr. Chasse and his staff are kind, professional and go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.
