Not a thing everything was perfect

It took 8 months to get an appointment, This is ludicrous and unacceptable. Access to this system is a joke.

Doc Chasse is a life saver. Literally! Great staff, all the way around.

The ear, nose, and throat folks were fine. My Chart is difficult and confusing to use. The information about my medical history and my personal information is astonishingly incorrect and duplicative.

I waited over 7 months to get the appointment. It was a 5 minute consultation to check with a spot on my soft pallet identified by my dentist should get attention. It is very frustrating to not have any sort of "quick triage" option available. I asked for an option like that and was told "we don't do that." I have to image there would not be a 7 month wait if a little bit of sanity was applied back into the medical scheduling and billing system.

I left there with not really knowing what my next step would be once I am done taking the antibiotics and I was wondering whether or not the antibiotics would affect any of the other medications that I'm taking. I was not fully aware if these effects I'm feeling have anything to do with it or not. But I just don't feel like I got much information at all at this appointment as to what might be causing my issue, how I can prevent it going forward, what the plan is after the antibiotics are done. I don't have a follow-up appointment to discuss any of that.

Yes, it was excellent. I watched the monitor of, you know, he ran that. He applied so that I knew how to do it and make it work. And it was very good. He was very, you know, a very good doctor's visit. He visited with me and my son and was excellent. I have no complaints at all. And he also said that I should plan another one every one a year. Okay? Okay. Thank you.

Dr. Chasse was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was excellent in his explanation about my condition. He did a thorough assessment. I was very pleased and confident with my plan of care.

The directions to the facility did not take me to the correct entrance by the street and street number given. It was confusing and I did let them know that day.

Yes, Dr. Chasse was really wonderful. His exam was thorough and his explanation of everything was just stellar, stellar. I came away understanding my hearing was so much better. He helped me understand what was happening and why it was happening and assured me that I could come back at any time. I just couldn't say enough good things about him. I really enjoyed the visit. I learned in the visit and I really think it helped me. So I think we're lucky to have him in our community.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. I felt unheard, insulted, and disregarded. It was a joke. I cried through most of it. The report of the meeting says untrue things that make me worried that whoever reads that will read that over my voice with whoever I see next because I will never go back there again.

Dr. Chasse made me comfortable and I think the diagnosis and treatment were accurate. Will take time to be sure.

Great experience with a new doctor. Was very thorough.

Found it very annoying to have to be asked for the $20.00 co-pay and then when we said bill us they have to give us a piece of paper with multiple ways to pay it. Not the receptionists fault, I'm sure she is told to do so We always pay once we get the bill. usually the same day, need it for a paper trail, have many appts. between and we do well this way. Dr. and staff are all excellent.

Dr. Chasse is a great ENT doctor. He does his job. He got the wax out. He's just a good, good, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable doctor.

The staff and the doctor are very friendly and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs to see an ENT.

I was very happy with the Dr he made me feel comfortable. We talked about everything that I am going through. I could tell he cared. He is a good man. I've been going through a lot this past year 2025- . I appreciate how he made me feel. I have already started telling people how he was with me and he cares. I'll be making an appointment with him in the spring to see how my progress has been going since healing from my stroke last April. It's so good to find a good Dr that cares up here in Maine. I really appreciate him. Thank you .

It took a while to get an appointment but other than that I was mostly happy with my experience and with the doctor

Dr. Chasse is a very good doctor. He took the time to listen to me and moving here from out of state knowing my daughter needed a surgery. We were able to go ahead and try to get the process a little faster than delaying us any longer. And I truly appreciate him.

Dr was great but when I explained how i thought my nosebleeds started and what previous exams I had prior to my visit he kinda just brushes my concerns to to side. I just felt like my time and the visit was a waste of money and my concerns weren't taken seriously.

Dr. Chasse and his staff have been great about recommending preventative care that has effectively avoided further ear infections for me.

Dr. Chasse provided valuable insight as to what may be causing my tinnitus. He referred me to get a hearing test. Thanks Dr. Chasse!
