Given a number visits over time at Gardiner, I find wait time to be very unacceptable there. Recently, after waiting a half hour to be called for a ten second blood draw, I was told my wait time would be "at least another half hour." So, I drove to Maine General, Augusta, where my wait was less than twenty minutes. Fix This!

this was thawed out and everything that needed to be said was said. I learned about my swallowing help in discussed how smoking even though I quit 20 years ago still has lasting effect on me so I guess you never immune to COPD even if you smoke years ago that was discussed in the office.

Receptionists were very pleasant and efficient. My PA Wayne Heath is very low key and ask great questions. He set up necessary blood work so I could get it completed that day and ordered a shot from my pharmacy. It was a really great experience.

Yes, I was there. I had to have blood work done and I had to wait 45 minutes to have blood drawn. And I asked the nurse when I went in to have blood drawn if they were always that busy. And she said yes because other facilities were not doing it anymore and it looked like the workload was ending up on them. So I would say that problem should be addressed. Not that they didn't do a good job but it was just the wait time was a little lengthy. So thank you very much and other than that everything was great.

Gardiner Family Med is really trying hard to do a good job

I am in discomfort and need to see a urologist. I don't have an appointment yet and quite concerned that my condition will get worse. What can I do?

I thought the care I got from Wayne Heath was exceptional and it appeared that he was very engaging on the quality care I did receive. What I don't like is when you are assigned to a practitioner against what you want for a practitioner just because somebody up above states that that practitioner is booked and that they can just put you with any practitioner they please, whether or not you have a trust relationship or not. Wayne Heath has always taken very good care of me and he also stated that he will keep me on as a patient even though the powers that be say that he's still booked. And he's saying that he doesn't understand why I was taken.
