Dr Heath is great and listens to our needs and ask all the necessary questions. Check in is quick and easy and the nurse was great too.

Hi, I was treated very well. The staff helped me out and I didn't have to wait very long at all. They knew my patient information very well and I was able to get all of the information and get it set up for the future appointments that I'm going to need later on at that appointment.

Wayne Heath is outstanding. He's compassionate, kind and never hurries you. I'd also like to appreciate the phlebotomist who took the bloodwork. She was as gentle as could be. She was easy going and talked with me.

Dr. Heath is good. I've seen him a couple of times very informative and definitely at least listen to me cause the situation is a little bit weird for why I was coming in to begin with.

Given a number visits over time at Gardiner, I find wait time to be very unacceptable there. Recently, after waiting a half hour to be called for a ten second blood draw, I was told my wait time would be "at least another half hour." So, I drove to Maine General, Augusta, where my wait was less than twenty minutes. Fix This!

this was thawed out and everything that needed to be said was said. I learned about my swallowing help in discussed how smoking even though I quit 20 years ago still has lasting effect on me so I guess you never immune to COPD even if you smoke years ago that was discussed in the office.
