I wish I could remember her name but The check out person was outstanding. I was able to have my labs quickly. A plus!

I was given an appointment with Wayne on short notice when my regular provider was unable to see me. Although I have a lot going on and my health issues are complex right now, he did what he could to help me. He listened to my various concerns, and asked for my input and thoughts on the treatment plan. He was very prompt in communicating my test results. I would be comfortable seeing him in the future if my regular doctor is unavailable.

Given a number visits over time at Gardiner, I find wait time to be very unacceptable there. Recently, after waiting a half hour to be called for a ten second blood draw, I was told my wait time would be "at least another half hour." So, I drove to Maine General, Augusta, where my wait was less than twenty minutes. Fix This!
