Walter Jongbloed, MD, is a general otolaryngologist and member of the active medical staff at MaineGeneral Medical Center. He provides comprehensive care at MaineGeneral’s Ear, Nose and Throat practices at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta and the Thayer Center for Health in Waterville. Dr. Jongbloed has a particular interest in the surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, as well as the management of sinus disease and a broad range of general ENT conditions. He joined MaineGeneral’s active medical staff in August 2026.
