Thank you to Virginia Chapin for her thoughtful and professional care.

I had the doctor named Virginia and she was very kind, empathetic, and truly listened to my concerns and needs. She gave me her recommendation but then asked me genuinely what I would like to do. It was the first time in a long time I felt like I had some autonomy in the medical field.

She's been great the only thing that's hard is not setting appts for next visit well I am there and having to wait for someone to call to make it

The staff went over and above fixing a problem with the scheduling.

Ms. Virginia C was very good. I felt totally comfortable with her speaking about some personal things. She was attentive and personable, caring. She put me at ease with my questions and concerns.

As usual, Virginia is excellent. She listens and offers recommendations based on what I'm comfortable doing and doesn't chastise me when I make poor decisions regarding my health. This was honestly the best experience I've had thus far with MGH OBGYN.

I think the doctors here are amazing. However I've had such awful experiences from Maine general as a corporate medical facility. I couldn't reschedule my appointment easily, couldn't pay my copay beforehand, and you don't allow doctors the ability to say how expensive things may be. Healthcare in this country is DISGUSTING and I'm sick of billionaires (like the one that's the CEO of Maine general, I'm sure) taking advantage of patients who NEED medical care but can't afford it. I'm sick of not being able to get the care I need because my insurance refuses to cover it even though coverage went up by $100 a month. So no, I will not recommend Maine general to anyone because it's ethically disgusting how corporations have made a profit off of how unaffordable needed medical care is. Staff, you're doing a great job, even though you can't give your patients the care they need and deserve because we live in such a "flawed" system. And I know the system abuses you too.

Hello, I am very happy with Dr. Virginia, and she is very caring and careful and gentle, and I really appreciate it. My overall opinion of the hospital is that we can't get appointments with many of your specialties, especially neurology, rheumatology, and a number of others. we've had to go elsewhere. And we're very upset that the rehab center has closed and very upset that the gift shop was closed, really enjoyed that gift shop. So that I'm sure it's all cost cutting, but it's very annoying.

Great first visit with PA Virginia

With Excellent service although my provider had a hard time doing the procedure but she used her resources to support her and done the procedure perfectly with little discomfort but as a whole she did it with excellent care. Hats off to my provider.
