Folkow up from an express care visit, pain on my right side when breathing was not resolved. Antibiotics were given for the pneumonia and that was improving, test for blood clot was negative and express care recommended follow up with pcp for ct scan if pain was not resolved. Pcp was unavailable and I was scheduled a week later with a random pa she said she was glad I was starting to feel better and I should work harder to get my medical records to the allergy doctor so he can prescribe new medication. No ct scan ordered and no attempt to resolve or diagnose the pain when I breath despite the pneumonia being cleared.

I've been with Augusta Family Medicine for a little over 40 years. There have been many changes over the years. I find that just when I feel like I'm getting to know my health care provider(s) and feel comfortable, trust, the provider changes. I also realize that the providers(s) that are assigned to me are trying their best to provide accurate care. I'm thankful for Augusta Family Medicine for providing great care over the years.

Tori Locke FNP was awesome. She's thorough . Was very comfortable with her. She's very knowledgeable, she's caring . Really liked Tori a lot . Had done her ordered tests and she called back with results and further tests. Were needed and she quickly had all that arranged. The care I received from Tori and from the other MGMC departments were all phenomenal!! This is the BEST!

I needed a chest XR, I already had a CT scan of my chest that was scheduled previously. I should have had only the CT scan done. Did not need both

The facility was clean and the staff friendly. My only complaint is that I make my appointments for early morning as it seems like my time doesn't matter, and I'm still 20 minutes past my appointment time before I get in.

I was happy to get an appointment as quickly as I did. I always have good experiences at any part of MaineGeneral.

It's been difficult because my records are still with Northern light. I am in the process of getting those to Maine general. Lot of information is not accessible yet
