Dr. Tristan and his team have made a big difference in my health in getting me an appointment for my throat, which is next to impossible. They got an appointment and had it updated earlier. I'm so thankful.

In the past decades it was easy to schedule an appointment with the doctor, and usually I had to wait two or three days, but most often I would get an appointment for the same on next day. Maybe we were spoiled. It seems like Maine General has reached it's capacity of patients right now, and it takes weeks to see a doctor. In no way it's doctors' or medical staff's fault. It seems that it's just the facility's capacity issue.
