They were all very helpful and efficient in taking care of our health issues.

Stay was great but the time waiting in BB the waiting room and in the room waiting for the Dr. Is always long .and I don't feel the Dr gets educated with my child syndrome to know if there is any thing to watch out for.

This was my first appointment with Travis Chapin,. From the start going into the office meeting with the receptionist to the nurse that took me in to meeting with Dr. Chapin, the experience was exceptional! My mom, my wife and my daughter are also seeing Dr. Chapin, and all of us were very pleased with the visit, encouraged by his competent and thoughtful interaction with us concerning our medical care

Travis Chapin is excellent. He listens well, educates me on my health and makes me feel that he is really working on my behalf to ensure I stay healthy. I have seen other providers (not with MaineGeneral) who seem to be half-interested and just want to get to their next appointment.

My first visit there-Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. They all seemed competent and professional. I am relieved to put my health in the hands of my new primary Travis.

I always feel understood and heard at my visits. I have called with many different concerns and have always been helped in a most professional, helpful and friendly, non judgmental way.

They went over everything with me about a good treatment

Travis Chapin had researched my recent visits and was quite serious about following through. I appreciated his help, and will complete the tests and scans that he ordered.

There were dogs in the waiting area. One was a marked service dog so I understand why it was there but there was a dog that was clearly a pet in the waiting room. The owner was letting other pet it and it did not have a vest on. I think this is gross and the waiting room of a doctor's office is not the place for people to bring their pets. This would be something that makes me search for care else wear if the next time I come back there are still dogs.

What's not my original doctor? Did not feel comfortable but this. Doctor I'm going to reschedule with my doctor. Don't know how to explain this, but I was not that comfortable with him.

Exceptional service by all!

Travis was great in giving me what I needed for my infection and pain. He was understanding of the unusual situation I was in and did not make me feel guilty about using them for a problem that should have been taken care of by my dentist.
