The Doctor has informed me about the risk of surgery. I went ahead and schedule surgery to make me fell better.

The PSR was very pleasant and efficient. The medical assistant was cheerful. Dr. Bouchard was very personable and professional. He took the time to ask questions, explain my situation and go over a number of options. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend him.

I wanted to say that my experience with Dr. Bouchard and the crew there at the surgical office was fantastic. They're patient and explained everything very well. It was a wonderful experience.

The staff and Dr. Bouchard were great. I found them attentive to my situation and willing to discuss. Though my problem is not yet resolved, I believe we will get to resolution in time.

Dr Bouchard was very helpful in answering my many questions patiently. He helped me to take a second look at options about my care. He recommended resources to look at that may prove helpful in making my decision as whether or not to practice watchful waiting or proceed with my scheduled surgery.

Had a great visit with Dr. Bouchard. He understands my situation and has agreed to perform the surgery. I am waiting for the date of the surgery at this time.

I honestly can say my treatment was definitely above and beyond! I am truly thankful and overly impressed with the 5 star treatment I received from EVERYONE! My surgery team (Although it was a challenging and complecated surgery Dr Bouchard and his team worked tirelessly to save my life!) The nursing staff.. IMPECCABLE! (very kind, caring, compassionate, and treated me and my husband as if we were the only ones there!) And even the cafeteria staff and food was AMAZING! Very patient on the phone, food recieved when promised, and it was really delicious! (Felt as though we were at a restaurant) My follow up appoints at Dr Bouchard's office were meet with the exact same service! We traveled 45 minutes and it was the BEST decision we could have made! Thank you so much!!
