The staff was very friendly and helpful they were so kind the doctor and the nurse assistant were so nice they treated me very kindly I was so nervous they made me feelv very comfortable during the visit I was extremely impressed with the care I received for my first visit with this facility very impressed with the Doctor and his staff

Dr Bouchard seemed like he would rather be somewhere else. He was very rough examining a very sensitive region of my body.

Amber my nurse and Dr Bouchard were very respectable and professional. They were also very caring when discussing my health moving forward. Good team don't break them up!

A list of exercises , and future care resource information would have been helpful, ie. prosthetic bra etc., as I have been forgetful since the cancer diagnosis . TY

As a breast cancer patient looking back on my experience I should have received a more robust educational proponent for my procedure and after care. Most of the time I felt I was given basic information but because I didn't know what to expect I didn't know what to ask. Thru all stages of my care I felt I wasn't given in depth education that I should have received. I feel I relied too heavily on internet for information that I should have received and would have received from a true breast center.

The PSR was very pleasant and efficient. The medical assistant was cheerful. Dr. Bouchard was very personable and professional. He took the time to ask questions, explain my situation and go over a number of options. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend him.

The staff and Dr. Bouchard were great. I found them attentive to my situation and willing to discuss. Though my problem is not yet resolved, I believe we will get to resolution in time.
