Toby Ostrov, PA-C

This was my first visit to Maine Dartmouth and it was just a follow up scheduled at Four Seasons before they consolidated into Maine Dartmouth. It was a brief visit.

Toby and Dawn both Absolutely Rock Patient Care. I would give them 20 stars if I could

I was pleased when the provider went through my chart and reviewed my antibiotics of my past. He then prescribed what was in the file. I understand that Armand Auger had a full schedule that day. When you have the best Dr. ever (which Armand is) it is hard to see someone else.

Toby Ostrov and his medical team are the best I've ever seen, been a part of throughout the whole country of USA traveling around. I highly recommend them to anyone I know. And that should be documented how good they are. Thank you.

Awesome as usual very happy with my care

Everyone at the office are extremely efficient, kind, caring and toby is great. I have a lot of trust in him and the treatment he provides for my autistic granddaughter. His personality and he is so understanding and caring. He always helps me navigate her plan and he is so easy to talk to. I am very fortunate to have him on her team.

I was able to get an appointment within a day of my call. There was very little wait time in the office.

Went in for ear clogged. Told them my ear is worse than when i came in.

Yes, I called because I had a tick bite and was concerned about the redness and they got me an appointment within two hours.

Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable

Yes, I'm very satisfied with my health care that I receive at Four Seasons. The staff is wonderful. My provider, Toby, is great. They're always accommodating if something comes up and I need to get right in. And I really appreciate them. And I tell them that when I leave the office, that I really appreciate them. And I would definitely recommend anybody to go to Four Seasons. And I do tell them if they're taking patients that that would be a good place to go. And like I said, I very much appreciate Four Seasons. And I'm glad to be a patient there.

Toby, P.A is always exceptional, very thorough and professional. The student P.A, Stephen, also was wonderful- very knowledgeable

Toby is a great provider along with Kayla she is a great nurse they are lucky to have her.

The registration staff along with all the nurses are top notch! They always make me feel comfortable when I need to go there. They are so friendly and helpful! I have been going to Four Seasons for 20 years and it is by far the best Primary care office I've ever had. They always go above and beyond and I really appreciate it.

I have moved away from the area the only negative is missing the staff I am closer to the hospital

I prefer the in office appointment as I am not too good with technology

The team at this facility, from the office staff to the medical assistance to the doctors and the PA's.They do a wonderful job and look out for your best interest.

Toby is always patient centered. He's, uh, he's calm, he's pleasant, he's polite, he's understanding. Um, he just makes me feel comfortable in every appointment. Um, if there is, he doesn't claim to know more than, than he really does then, um, he will, you know, make referrals out, uh, out elsewhere. Um, or, you know, get more information if there's something he needs to know more.

Toby is a good provider

Toby Ostrov is the best PA, he's caring and very thoughtful and thorough. Also the Medical Assistant was fantastic. Very kind and knows her job very well. Also the ladies in the office are great!

Toby is an asset to this practice. He is honest, pays attention, and allows the patient to be an active participant in their care.

I had a situation where I needed an appointment and the staff was able to fit me in the schedule. I really appreciated their concern and professionalism.
