Dr. McGraw is thoughtful and caring. I am glad to have him as my dermatologist!

Dr. McGraw was very careful when examining me for skin cancers and found and froze many AKs , to my relief. His "bedside manner" was really pleasant, making this appointment almost enjoyable.

The dermatology dept is moving ONCE AGAIN. I do not look forward to be traveling to Augusta for my appointments, especially in the winter months. I don't understand why departments have to be constantly moving from one place to another. That only makes it difficult for our senior patients.

Dr McGraw explained every step and reasoning for the biopsy needed. I was nervous and Dr McGraw and the other staff member in the exam room were very patient and made the entire procedure quick and very efficient, I was grateful. Great, professional, personable team.

Dr. McGraw is terrific. He is very knowledgeable and takes the necessary time to spend with me. His assistant Nicole I believe was great as well.

Don't move to Augusta!

This was my first visit with this doctor. I was very impressed by the care and the overall feeling of the practice.

I just met this doctor and went to this facility for the first time yesterday and it did not go well at all I was the last appointment and it seems like everybody was in a rush. The secretary actually tried to get me to reschedule. It seemed like they wanted to leave after I had driven all the way up from Readfield for my appointment that had been already rescheduled once because the doctor couldn't meet with me earlier in the month so I did not feel welcomed. The doctor didn't really go over my history with me until I asked he didn't measure any of my moles or check off places that were being watched by my previous doctor it was a rush, rush, rush, and I didn't feel welcomed or comfortable at all

Dr. McGraw and his staff are extremely efficient. Everyone is always so pleasant. I am thankful to have Dr. McGraw as my dermatologist.

This was my first visit with Dr. McGraw. I found Dr. McGraw to be very understanding about my condition and very knowledgeable and thorough. He seems like a very competent dermatologist and glad he was recruited for the practice.

Unsure how comprehensive the exam was.

In the past when I went to the ballad center in Augusta they did a complete check of my body. When I went in to the office in Augusta, I was put in a gown and they checked my body for issues of skin, cancer, etc. None of that happened here and I don't know if it's because the Doctors referral only sent me for some specific spots so that's what they checked, but I was in that office less than 10 minutes including the intake with the MA. So to wait for that long for an appointment and I'm sure my insurance was billed for a full appointment and maybe that was a full appointment, but I was just disappointed.

I thought the office vibe was not as professional as other doctors offices I've been in. A little too casual for me.

When scheduling this procedure, I did not receive any confirmation-text, call, or mailing- of the appointment or protocol to follow before arrival. I also did not receive a reminder. Everything worked out, but it was mildly stress provoking as every other medical facility I see sends confirmation texts and reminders.

All staff were very nice, Dr McGraw & front desk staff and exam room " chaperone. All made me feel very comfortable, providing me opportunity to ask questions and get answers.

I felt very comfortable being my first time there.

I'm grateful for Dr. McGraw and his willingness to truly listen and care about the treatment plan for some complex and unusual conditions that are affecting my health. His kindness put me at ease and I felt valued and heard. Too often in the rush of modern medical practice that is not the case. Maine General is very fortunate to have this level of excellence, compassion and empathy in the Dermatology department. I'm relieved and impressed by care provided to me. I cannot recommend this provider highly enough.

Concerning Tim McGraw, I found him very abrupt. I didn't find him caring. He was asking me questions real quick and needed my response immediately. This I do not call as a real empathetic doctor. Thank you.

Nice folks

Dr. McGraw was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He compared my condition to others, which was slightly off-putting, just in the sense that I'm dealing with it and not comparing it to how others deal with their same condition. I felt a little minimized, but mostly it was a positive experience.

This was my second visit with Dr. McGraw. I'm pleased that he is my new dermatologist, which is a change from the original dermatologist I had for 15 years. He offered choices in treatment which we agreed upon and are very reasonable given my long time psoriasis.

Very caring and explains things to me.

With my previous dermatologist he had some things he was monitoring. He took measurement's and compared them to the previous year. With this new dermatologist he didn't go over anything that was being monitored and didn't take any measurements. I am just hoping nothing changed because it's not something I can monitor on my own.

The medical assistant was very nice but I was dismayed that she was not able to pronounce most of my medications. I take common enough meds. I feel like someone in that role should be able to pronounce the names of medications properly
