The doctor as well as his medical assistant, we're both very helpful making sure I understood what was going on and explaining a few things about Lyme disease. The doctor had said that he thought I was his only patient that had Lyme disease as well as 2 other tick diseases going on. Talked about the medications that I was on and he thought I was on the right track for curing my Lyme and Tick Diseases. Everyone was Very Polite and Such, making sure I understood everything that was going on and steps to follow to Cure My Diseases. The person in the Lab for my bloodwork was very good and a painless blood draw! Everything went good, limited wait time for the the Medical Assistant, the Dr or the Lab, I appreciate that as well as the Polite Professional Service I received. Thank You!

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit which acknowledged what we were feeling was a likely cause of my recurring infections. The stone in my distal urethra was mentioned by my husband and it seems he was probably correct on the significance as a possible cause for recurring UTIs.

Informative, clear about my tick infection and gave me written history to read and use to prevent future infections.

Dr. Borelli is a brilliant man who was able to explain my medical diagnosis in terms I could understand and not leave me feeling ignorant and confused. He is genuinely compassionate and a dedicated problem solver with no tolerance for other physicians incompetence. While I'm thankful that I do NOT suffer from chronic Lyme disease, I do wish that it was Dr. Borelli who be helping to solve the explanation to my maladies. Your hospital must be very proud to have him on staff.

I believe what wouldt help people, is with the mailings for appointments include the floor number for said appointment. This would take out the guess work, when arriving at the medical facility.

There was a problem with the medication ordered at the pharmacy, and when I called back, nobody was available. They went home for the weekend, and there's nobody to stand in, you know, if you needed anything done. So we're missing medication that we should have had for the weekend. But the doctor's very nice, and all the nurses were very nice. Thank you.

The doctors and nurses at the office were wonderful. They made sure I understood everything.They were telling me they made sure that I knew the medications that I was going to be taking and how to take them, and they called and checked on me the next day.They were wonderful

Professional, caring and receptive. The Staff and Medical professionals are the best I've dealt with. True professionals.

While I was disappointed that it took 3 months to get an appointment I was glad that it happened. The Dr. was very thorough and very helpful in understanding my issue. He was fantastic! Soooo glad that I finally got to see him!
