The location of the office in Waterville is quite a distance away from where I live, so the location is a little difficult.

I have no problem with the doctor. My problem is they left me without my medication, said that I was no longer a patient there and took me off the grant that I was on. And just because they was on vacation, nobody did anything. And I'm still sitting home with no Suboxone, so I'm sick. They all told me they didn't know what they could do for me. And you don't leave a patient like that just to go on a long vacation weekend. It's the worst thing a doctor or staff could do for a patient. It's very disrespectful in my ?

It's unsettling that the practice is going through so many staff changes but I understand why.

Tom is absolutely wonderful! It's sometimes hard to find providers that are non-judgemental regarding addiction, so having Tom be 100% supportive and genuine is refreshing. He is super helpful when I ask questions about anything and everything. He is truly one of a kind! And Roxann is fantastic too!

I see many MaineGeneral specialists and all have been just great. Keep up the good work.

I feel comfortable going to see my doctor at this facility.

Each medical team member including my Dr., Tom,treat me in a professional manner and Tom allows me to be including when building my treatment plan. I feel comfortable talking to him about my journey to continue being sober, both good and bad days. I appreciate the medical staff and all their help@ this office.
