All I want to say is that Julie, Roxanne, and Tom are second to none. They've been amazing, caring individuals in regards to my recovery, and I'm just grateful to have them.

They are absolutely amazing!! They are compassionate and actually care about my success in my treatment!

Dr. Tom has been very helpful. He is very understanding, makes me feel like a person. He is an excellent doctor. I would refer him to anybody. The team there is excellent.

My experience with this office has been some of the best care I've received at ANY other Dr. Office. From the front desk straight through my actual Dr. Visit I was treated with kindness...respect and I never felt rushed but rather I felt a genuine desire to help/support me in whatever my future Dr. Visits may be. I feel that it's rare to find a Dr. That makes a REAL connection with their patients. Dr.s like Tom v. Are a rare gem and deserve to be recognized for there ...above and beyond qualities.

I'd like to say that you guys did a really good job. The only thing that I'd like to see change a little bit is that there needs to be more circulation in where they do the thing to test for, I don't know, underneath your lip thing. It's very stuffy in there and it needs to be more air conditioning.

Tom is wonderful and is a wealth of knowledge! I've been on Suboxon for 30+ years and thought I knew just about all I needed to. From the first time I met Tom I began learning new things. Not only about Suboxon, but about health in general. I love that he's so knowledgeable about natural healing as well. Hold onto him...he's one of a kind!

Tom is the best practitioner that I have ever worked with all around! I am a Navy veteran who has been through the ringer trying to find someone who listens and is able to put the pieces together for the absolute best care I have received yet for my PTSD and addiction issues that I face every day of my life. Tom listened to my story from childhood to now and all the traumatic experiences I have lived through. I can happily say that I am 70% better today because of the hard work Tom and I have put into my treatment plan and medication. Tom and I have been able to find a strategy utilizing both mind and medicine for the absolute best outcome I could ever expect! Not like me to sit here and fill out one of these surveys, but Tom is working miracles for those who want it and he deserves a shout out much bigger than this one! You have yourself a special practitioner on your hands at MaineGeneral! This man has changed my life forever and I am just so grateful for all of the team in Addiction Medicine Department! Tom and the administration are always super accessible. They always have ample appointments. They always give me adequate information in regards to my medication and changes that we may or may not be making. They go above and beyond for me to schedule appointments outside of their office to make sure that my medication is administered and I appreciate them. Thanks. Bye!

Everything about this office and it's staff is great, my doctor is amazing and helps me with anything I ask and offeres things to me to help me get better, talks to me, I feel extremely comfortable with him and I feel better everytime I leave! I would recommend this place to everyone I come across. Please don't change a thing, I love coming here and it has helped me in so many ways to get better!
