Yes, my experience in my appointment with Dr. Hoke and the PA was very positive. They were very helpful and thorough. They set me up to have an MRI and have already set up a return appointment for after the MRI. So I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

Drs. Hoke and Kipp as well as the fellowship doctor, Carrie, as well as the nurse, Ellen, were all excellent. I was treated very well by all of them they explained everything clearly. I was very pleased.

What you did really well was everybody was extremely friendly. What you need to improve is scheduling appointment times. Dates are too far out and the wait time in the waiting room was too long. Thank you.

I am very thankful for the care that Dr. Hoke provided to me on this day. He was very kind, and caring about my injury and his bed side manner is beyond what I typically see. He provided the information needed and got the ball rolling on all the things I required! I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Hoke was excellent! This was my first time seeing him, and he was extremely thorough. He asked about the kind of activities I involve myself in from hiking, kayaking, weightlifting, etc. He was absolutely trying to get a good picture who I was physically. Dr. Hoke was explicit in precisely explaining everything he did in order to take care of giving me this injection. Thank you Dr. Hoke!

Dr Hoke was exceptionally well prepared, patient, collaborative and very open to discussion. We appreciated his willingness to provide an honest opinion about our treatment options. It felt like he had our interests in mind and not out to make money. We sincerely appreciated this visit.

Augusta Family Medicine said I needed to see them in person for a referral. Dr Hoke said that was not the case at all. This process delayed me seeing him at the peak of my pain. It would have also bee nice to know that the Augusta Express Care is unaffiliated and could not give me a referral either, as that is where I visited when I was in agony. Both visits to Augusta were during very inclement weather as well.

Doctor documented falsely that I worked with my hands a lot. When he asked me if I had hurt my finger before and I told him when I was a kid, I cut my finger making bows and arrows.

It took longer for my son to get Starbucks than it did for me to be seen treated and released with the proper follow up! No complaints at all!!!!!
