Theresa Holden, PA-C, was thoughtful, caring, and compassionate. I felt cared for and cared about as a person, and not simply a bunch of symptoms. Wonderful person and caregiver! 10/10 would recommend! She's also my wife's PCP, and my wife also thinks Theresa Holden is great!

I was required to make an appointment with my Dr before the front office would accept my advanced directive paperwork. My Dr and the medical staff said this was unnecessary, which is what I told the front office staff when I tried to drop off my paperwork. My insurance was billed and I was d required to pay my copay for this unnecessary appointment that I didn't want

I thought I had a certain ailment based on my symptoms. My doctor listened to my explanation, and felt it was a different issue, and recommended a remedy. I believe she was correct. My condition is rapidly improving with the treatment she prescribed.

There was supposed to have been a prescription called in for me and I went to pick it up a day later and it hadn't been called in. So I don't know what the reason is but I was a little perturbed.

The Dr did not have knowledge of the condition I was concerned about called Moya Moya. I understand that she is not expected to know everything but she could have asked me what I knew about it and what exactly was my concern? I had been experiencing headaches and Moya Moya runs in my family.

My primary Doctor canceled twice on me and was able to get in quickly with this Doctor to be seen. I was in and out quickly and she answered my questions.
