I put total trust in the people at Maine General. They are always professional caring non judgmental and it shows they really like what they're doing in their profession. Dr. Susan Brown was the greatest she really listened and cared about what was going on and mostly she helped me. She even referred me to try some therapy I never heard of in the years of my chronic condition I've had for yrs that no other physician had. I'm looking to switch to Maine general system all together. Thank you so much!!

The woman that checked me in for whatever reason, She was so kind and so lovely and just a pleasure. And they came to get me and the nurse was just terrific, talked to me the whole way from the waiting room. It was just amazing. And then Suzanne came in and treated me and explained everything, listened to me.

The receptionist was prompt and friendly, helped me quickly resolve updating my insurance card. The nursing assistant was super friendly, got me in, took all my vitals, was very personable and very helpful and reassuring. And then Suzanne was excellent, answered all my questions, prompt, courteous all the way around. It was a perfect experience. Thank you.

The physical therapy individuals were extremely attentive to my concerns and pain level...Express care doctor Suzanne was very thorough and helpful to me..she listened and helped me with temp medications to help me during this extreme time period of pain.

After I left I was confused as I realized that I didn't get the wound cleaned at any point. The antibiotics are doing their job, but it would have been nice if someone had cleaned the wounds. Besides that it was fine, thank you.

I really appreciated how the provider, Suzanne Brown, explained everything. Once she gave me my summary, she explained it. The only thing that is unclear for me now is whether my skin is benefiting from this stuff to take for two weeks because it has actually burned my skin a little. Unfortunately, when I went in to pick up at the pharmacy, they did not give me the correct a printout for promythrin. So I guess I have some questions for the provider to call to see whether I should continue with the MITE medication. I just want to say that she's very professional and very helpful. It's just that it's been a few days and I'm wondering if I really need to continue for two weeks with my skin irritated as it is, even despite the fact that it's gotten rid of the lesions.

I had a fall and landed hard on my right knee,the one I had replacement surgery a year ago. I was in a lot of pain and was very afraid I had damage to the new joint. I went to megen orthopedics hoping to get an x- ray but they turned me away telling me to go to Augusta. I was in so much pain and I went to express care and was taken care of immediately and by caring people. They sent me to Thayer for an x-ray . Thank goodness we have express care

My regret is that Ms. Brown did not use critical thinking skills in considering that something more complicated may be going on. I was very ill. I will not return to Express Care in the future.

The only reason I gave it lower scores is bc I had an ortho injury; arrived at the Ortho walk in at 11:30 and they couldn't take me due to it's too busy (no one in the waiting room). They sent me to Express. The PA was great but bc she's not ortho I have to wait 3WEEKS for an ortho appt with instructions from a PA who said wear full soft cast/crutches w no weight on leg even tho fracture was ruled out. I'm now at Day 5; on day2 I had a sports medicine therapist work on it, ankle>tibia> knee was jammed, she released it. I'm been healing well since, never took a Tylenol and by the time I get my appt it will be healed and possibly ready for PT if needed.. no thanks to Me General Ortho, and to boot I spent OOP to receive treatment w the sports medicine Practioner bc of having to wait 3 weeks for an appt at Me Gen Ortho. 1.) I should have been able to get into the ortho Walk in clinic as I was 30 minutes bf closing. The receptionist that day didn't seem to care one bit which set a bad taste in my mouth. Express care was wonderful but not qualified to leave me hanging for 3 weeks immobile which will reduce my overall conditioning. 2.) 3 weeks is FAR too long to wait for an appt. In these 2 regards I was very disappointed w the care. Thanks for listening.

Good evening, I was treated by Suzanne Brown, and I have to say she is truly outstanding. I did not expect callbacks, but she called me back with follow-ups two different times. She's concerned about my well-being and to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done. She has been really, really great. And she is, I would say, a pretty good gem in your closet. You guys need to hold on to that girl. She's worth a lot. So, have a great weekend.

Not good. I unfortunately did not have confidence in the provider. My issue was not fixed so then I had to be seen somewhere else the next day and pay another copay. If the provider is uncomfortable or unable to handle the issue, send patient away with instructions to be seen elsewhere and refund copay.

I was not feeling well and needed help after hours. The staff was suoer friendly and helpful. Got in very quick. It was a pretty easy fix. Got the advice and prescription I needed. On my way to pharmacy in less than 40 minutes. By the next day feeling much better. Saved myself missed work for appointment or hour wait in ED for an outpatient problem. Records and note in patient portal promptly. Thank you to all!

Typically I am not one to complain. But I came in due to hives all over my chest, arms and back that just kept spreading. I was told she wasn't really sure what it was caused from and that it should go away on its own. My hives have continued to spread, now are on my face.

This was an excellent experience. One is always at a emergency care type facility, there's pain involved. The team was timely. I was seen quickly. All the providers were very thorough. The PA who worked with me was excellent. She answered all questions and I asked many. I was truly, truly impressed with the visit I had there and would highly recommend it to anyone else. Yeah, I thought it was a really positive experience. I felt really cared for by the staff. I've done a pretty good little injury to myself. So I had to get some stitches. Really my first time having to get stitches like that. And I really felt like the doctor was amazingly kind and took her time. And I was able to use the distraction techniques and things like that. So once again, This is my first choice usually where I come outside of my primary care for my care. So thank you.

ExpressCare was super busy when we were there. The visit took quite a while and the discharge papers had gotten, there was a miscommunication somewhere, so we waited a while for our discharge papers. But the provider herself called back the following day and apologized profusely. Thank you for a great team.

My care at the urgent care was excellent. Mrs. Brown was very interested, very informative, very supportive. I couldn't say enough good about my experience there. The only problem I had is I had a prescription for prednisone and I've never used prednisone and you know so I never bothered to fill out the prescription and my ankle got better just with ice and elevation and a couple Tylenols so I think the prescription for prednisone I don't know why I was prescribed that one I've never used this kind of medication and but like I said I never filled it but that's the only problem I have with the care I don't like being prescribed drugs without knowing what it's supposed to do thank you very much goodbye

I was experiencing back pain. I wore a mask while waiting but I was concerned that I would leave with a sickness due to all the sick patients in the waiting room. I was thinking it would be nice to have a beeper and wait in my car. That sounds ridiculous but thought I'd suggest it anyway!
