I have lived in this area for almost 10 years and have been utilizing their services on occasion when needed. I have never had a bad experience with anyone from this facility

All the staff, housekeeping kitchen, CNA, students, nurses, dr's, care team were amazing. Thank you

Friendly medical staff who made me feel comfortable with this treatment. JUst a suggestion: Not my derm and not here did anyone talk about follow-up care when you have Melanoma.

The only complaint was I was not taken from the waiting room until 30 mins after my scheduled appointment. But as soon as I was in a procedure room, everything and everybody was excellent.

Suzanne Brown was very thorough. She made sure that I was comfortable with what was going to happen and asked if I had any questions. I felt very comfortable with her

Well the nurse neglected to check my temperature and did not document changes I reported. As a result, the PA that I saw refused to believe the symptoms I was reporting, and insisted I had TMJ as opposed to the sinus infection I was actually experiencing. I disengaged rather than to try to convince her, and took antibiotics I already had at home since she was set on not prescribing my antibiotics until I had 2 more days suffering with a mouth guard. Guess what. I had been dealing with 101 fever for most of the week following the visit, and shockingly, antibiotics helped.

Everyone was helpful and caring. Very quick, not a lot of waiting.

Excellent, kind and professional work all around. I had a malignant melanoma removed and they did a wonderful job!

I felt heard and validated

It was what seemed to be an uninterested, half hearted, sad exam, a complete waste of $. She didn't question enough and seemed to not want to be hands on with me. Probing questions would have revealed some clue and hastened my road to recovery. It ended up being 4 days till I figured it out myself.

From your care team at entry level right through to Suzanne Brown, they were very professional, showed great empathy and happy to help, and I give them a strong 10. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Yeah, I felt she did a great job listening to me, asking questions, trying to find out all the symptoms that I have and try to narrow it down quickly. I was probably a little bit frantic because I knew that we had a trip to go this weekend and be with a lot of people, so I didn't want to be sick during that. And I was trying to get healed as quickly as possible. So she gave me multiple options depending on, you know, and she gave me feedback on what exactly she thought I had for an illness. And she also gave me multiple options. So based on what I had and what my needs were, her suggestions were dead on and she was great. So I have nothing but positive things to say. That's it.

Suzanne Brown was so kind and patient. She was concerned and asked questions. She explained everything and made sure we understood.

Short wait time,everyone was pleasant and helpful. The medical staff was very competent. I have been there 4 times and always a great experience!

She did not listen to anything I said. She told me I didn't have what I had. She wasn't willing to do more tests that I needed. She basically told me I didn't have anything when I did.

My doctor listened to all my concerns. She was amazing!!

I was seen and treated quickly and sent to ED for further care not available there.

I would have liked to have known what caused the cellulitis. That would have been nice. They took too long to get back to me. I had to call them and hound them just for them to get me the results for it. The front desk person was very good. She did her job efficiently and was pleasant and I liked her.

Whenever I've come into urgent care, I've always been treated well, respectfully, and I've gotten the help that I've needed. Most recently, it's been because of tick bites. And coming in and being able to pay a simple co-pay to get things looked at on my body where I often cannot see them or view them, it's most helpful and I do appreciate it. So thank you. Bye.

Had to go in for a second express care visit as the first one did not seem to care about my health. First visit resulted in no recommendations for the pain I was experiencing or support items to ease the pain through my full time work shifts as a retail employee. After second visit I had to go to ER for worsening pain and trouble with stool and gas. All 3 doctors essentially told me that I just have to deal with the hernia and the pain for over a month till I can get surgery. It severely impacts my ability to work as normal with me having to work shorter shifts just to accommodate the pain. The hernia belt I was recommended does help slightly but pain worsens with prolonged use which I have to do for my job. I was told to call the express care doctor that bas been helping me for questions and concerns though it seems like the doctors I need are never there when I need to speak with them regarding the scheduled surgery for June and on going pain. It feels like to them my life doesn't matter as this hernia worsens and has greater risk of causing more complications the longer it goes on. Yet somehow it's considered non emergent. Instructions weren't relayed to the hospital from express care for the ultrasound I had to do so it was done improperly based on how my hernia operates. I was then called by the hospital and told that I don't have a hernia even though I had multiple doctors confirm I did with their own eyes.

The triage was good, but I can't say enough about the PA, Suzanne Brown. I was extremely uncomfortable in a lot of pain, and she really took time to look at what I was going through holistically instead of just what I was saying. And again, had me transferred over for x-rays, which were very helpful. Highly recommend Suzanne Brown and the Express Care.

Everybody was great from checking in to leaving. They gave me any information that would help me once I left if I didn't know and if I had any questions I could call. They informed me of my lab work like they said they would and I was very pleased.

I gave Suzanne a 10 rating because she is one of the best providers in the areas of your questions that I have known in my soon to be 86 years. I would like to submit her for a commendation/ staff recognition.

I came in to get a second look on a known and well documented complication. The PA acted like I was dumb and wasting her time the entire time I was there. The nurse was amazing. But after the doc left I went to my car and cried because I was totally invalidated and dismissed. I would love to say I won't be back, but we all know there aren't really other options. But if I did have another choice, I'd go there instead of risking a visit with that provider again.

PA Brown was very professional and personable throughout the exam. Her diagnosis of my health issue as well as suggested treatment was spot on. Within 48 hours I was feeling much better. Excellent care .

I was very pleased with the doctor. She was very patience with my 1 and half year old son. She was very caring and very kind and very gentle with him . She put his needs first and what was best for him and not what was easiest for her. I truly appreciate her kindness . I wish they more doctors like her working with kids .

I put total trust in the people at Maine General. They are always professional caring non judgmental and it shows they really like what they're doing in their profession. Dr. Susan Brown was the greatest she really listened and cared about what was going on and mostly she helped me. She even referred me to try some therapy I never heard of in the years of my chronic condition I've had for yrs that no other physician had. I'm looking to switch to Maine general system all together. Thank you so much!!

The woman that checked me in for whatever reason, She was so kind and so lovely and just a pleasure. And they came to get me and the nurse was just terrific, talked to me the whole way from the waiting room. It was just amazing. And then Suzanne came in and treated me and explained everything, listened to me.

The receptionist was prompt and friendly, helped me quickly resolve updating my insurance card. The nursing assistant was super friendly, got me in, took all my vitals, was very personable and very helpful and reassuring. And then Suzanne was excellent, answered all my questions, prompt, courteous all the way around. It was a perfect experience. Thank you.

The physical therapy individuals were extremely attentive to my concerns and pain level...Express care doctor Suzanne was very thorough and helpful to me..she listened and helped me with temp medications to help me during this extreme time period of pain.
