Susan Curtis does not listen at all its like she already had an opinion before the appointment started

I appreciated how promptly I was seen and how much time Susan spent with me and her diligence to get to the root of my problem. I wish it hadn't taken so long and a surgery to figure out...seems like menopause is kind of a mystery to get rid of symptoms but I think we are on the right track.

Susan was very nice and explained ways to help me with my concerns. She didn't ignore my needs and listened!
