Yes, good evening. I have found the Waterville Office for Gastroenterology to be most accommodating, they're receptive, returning calls, etc. And I'm very pleased with them, especially with having had Susan Abbott as my care provider for many, many, many years. She was thorough, friendly, and always understanding. I'm sorry she's retiring, but I'm sure with the person that she has referred me to, things will work out well, and I do wish Susan the best.

That it would be nice if could have a permanent doctor taking care of my needs instead of fill ins but its understandable where good help is hard to come by but overall was a pleasant doctor visit

Scheduling made an error with this visit. I did not need this visit according to Susan Abbott . I went because I thought that see needed to see me . I paid the CO pay of 35.00 and talked to her and she said that she would tell them that I do not need another visit .

Only bad comment I can make is that I waited almost a year for an appointment. I have diarrhea for almost 2 years! Your staff was excellent.
