I can't say enough good about her. She's very caring, thoughtful, answers questions, is interested in you and all that you're going through, and I definitely would advise anyone to come to Maine Gastroenterology.

Susan Abbot wss very professional and knowledgeable about my health problem and enjoyed my visit with her, she made me feel at ease in our discussion and am saddened to hesr she is retiring.

Scheduling made an error with this visit. I did not need this visit according to Susan Abbott . I went because I thought that see needed to see me . I paid the CO pay of 35.00 and talked to her and she said that she would tell them that I do not need another visit .

Only bad comment I can make is that I waited almost a year for an appointment. I have diarrhea for almost 2 years! Your staff was excellent.

This was my first visit with Susan Abbott, and she was very personable and easy to talk to. I was very comfortable asking questions and she was very helpful with all my issues. Great bedside manner and I think I am going to feel very comfortable with her.

It has been the best experience I've had with any Dr in Maine General. Every practice should work like that. Everyone is nice, helpful and willing to help.

Sue was very nice, and so was the receptionist at the desk when I first got there. And I had two nurses' aides. I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much.

I had to get a REFERRAL to your office to see a PA. She was great don't get me wrong. I was under the impression that I was going to see a gastroenterologist DOCTOR... not a PA. I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR GI SPECIALIST. My own pcp could've ordered a CT scan. Giving you notice that I have called my insurance company to make sure I am charged correctly.

Susan Abbott, FNP-c was great. She Explained my endoscopy results better than anyone I have seen in the past.

I had some x-rays done the day of my appointment and I was told I would be given the results of the x-rays within 48 hours. A lady did call and left me a message, but when I tried to call back, was unable to get through. Your lines are too busy or your health care providers are too busy. Other than that, that's the only comment I have.

Before I came here I had been diagnosed with celiacs 5 months prior and there was No One who cared that I was literally disappearing. Now I feel like someone cares about my health!

I think the parking lot should have been in front of the building with 2 long rows for handicapped patients. This is a cancer hospital and I have seen people pushing wheelchairs. The parking beyond the handicapped parking is far for patients to walk, especially in the cold winter. The nurse I had today was great.

Really have had a good experience with Dr. Abbott and feel confident in her care.

It was hard to check out, given I had difficulty getting someone's attention to check me out. I had to say "Excuse me!" twice, as nobody was at the window. One employee was manning the check-in window, but another was standing next to another computer and chatting loudly with the first employee.

I waited a bit longer than I wanted in the room for the nurse after the doctor had left with instructions on what to do so I left and went to the lab for my blood work.

I was very pleased with Susan and she explained my situation very well
