I had a very good experience.

I felt that the services that the hospital staff, including of course the doctors and the workers, were excellent. I certainly appreciated the teamwork. That's what really, really made me feel extremely comfortable seeing everyone working together as a team. And coming into my room, sometimes two, three doctors, they were there to answer any question that I had or to affirm me in terms of how my health condition was coming along. They were just wonderful. I certainly would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so much.

Running some they were running some blood test on me before they could tell me what's the next step I got two phone calls still waiting on the last line test

When results of my lab work came back, they called to let me know that I did not have an infection and that I could stop taking my antibiotics or I could continue taking them if they were helping my symptoms.

I have been sick for almost 3 weeks. Went to the ER prior to express care with difficulty breathing and sat waiting for 2 hours just to get in a room, nevermind being seen. Express care had me in triage and to a room within 15 minutes of arrival. Not only did the provider do a thorough assessment, but she also listened to me which was huge. Sometimes healthcare staff forget the patients they treat are people to and not just a number or another $ sign. Major kudos to Stephanie for providing excellent care and listening and while there was not a definitive answer to my health, knowing I was being listened to was huge.

Everybody was helpful from start to finish. I was in and out quicker than I thought. And in terms of the actual treatment I received, I thought it was professional and courteous and the provider was able to help remedy the situation quickly and I was out and better in no time. So really grateful for the whole experience being quick and getting the job done and the follow-up and everything. So thanks so much. Keep up the good work.

Registration staff wasn't very friendly, i felt like everyone could hear my personal information because she was saying it so loudly. The nurse and NP were very nice and got me in and out of there quickly!

Yes, I was especially grateful that my caregiver assured me that it was not irresponsible of me to come in for a visit, even though what I thought I was coming in for turned out not to be the case. But even so, it was very reassuring that I was told I hadn't wasted anybody's time by making the choice to come in. I found the care really helpful, and I left knowing exactly what to do, and I thank you all for the care.

This experience was 1000x better than the experience I had Friday at Concentra. This was a work injury and Concentra berated me and did not listen or do any type of actual exam on me. I felt as if they stereotyped me based on my looks and decided that I was not hurt without even touching my arm. My experience at Express Care on Monday was the total opposite, I felt like I was taken seriously and they actually did an exam and imaging and found I was indeed injured, severely and put a rush on my x-rays because they were worried of deeper damage. I only wish I had gone there 1st.

She was very, very nice, explained everything, and she was training another girl, and she just kept her involved on everything, and I think she did a fantastic job.

I went in for elbow pain. I was in seem for less than 10 minutes and told I had tennis elbow. Waste of $25. I am still having the same issues and using the compression as suggested with no relief.

The regular office messed up my appt so I went to express care, so naturally I couldn't get a referral that I wanted or a MRI as I have a pinched nerve so I'm doing it on my own. I also think it's sad that you can't see a "real" doctor just nurses

I saw Dr Stephanie Mergenthaler. She was caring and understanding. She was professional and listened to me. The MA on duty was very professional. I also saw a student who was also very understanding.

I specifically came in and said I was looking to be tested for the flu because I had just started experiencing symptoms (was hoping for Tamiflu while in the window)and wasn't informed before being seen that there was no tests available. I would have just left had I known I wasn't getting what I came for.

Horrible experience saw dr fot 5 mins 4 hours later they could bot locate i walked out they never called or followed up. Glad I didnot die while there.

It seems now 48 hours, I guess, after my visit, my lab work still hasn't shown up in Follow My Health. I understood that the Follow My Health portal was a trans facility, trans provider window into all kinds of information. And as I said, I haven't seen anything from this visit show up. in the portal yet. Thank you.
