I specifically came in and said I was looking to be tested for the flu because I had just started experiencing symptoms (was hoping for Tamiflu while in the window)and wasn't informed before being seen that there was no tests available. I would have just left had I known I wasn't getting what I came for.

Staff were excellent! My concerns were heard and addressed in a very timely manner - especially since it was quite busy.

Horrible experience saw dr fot 5 mins 4 hours later they could bot locate i walked out they never called or followed up. Glad I didnot die while there.

I only had a half hour to catch a bus and the staff really worked to get me through treatment and on time.

It seems now 48 hours, I guess, after my visit, my lab work still hasn't shown up in Follow My Health. I understood that the Follow My Health portal was a trans facility, trans provider window into all kinds of information. And as I said, I haven't seen anything from this visit show up. in the portal yet. Thank you.

Not in relation to express care which they did their job wonderfully, the walk in clinic for orthopedics should specify on the website a acute injury within past 30 days to be seen.

What a great group of people! From check-in to leaving, the staff was excellent! I have never had a bad experience when I have had to go!

Check in was great. Despite systems being down the process was very efficient. The wait was short compared to most urgent care options. The provider listened well to my concerns and addressed them with empathy and compassion. When giving instructions to do a self swab, things went south. The provider said I needed to "make sure I get it in the right hole." Which made me nervous. Then told me to leave the samples on the counter and I could go home. After completing the swab, something seemed off and I wanted to ask a few questions. I waited a bit and when I looked in the hall, no one was in sight. So I left. Upon returning home, I had some pain and bleeding which was a big concern to me. Both continued into the next morning so I called to see if I should return. The nurse I spoke to on the phone sounded pretty annoyed to be taking my call. She said it sounds like severe UTI symptoms but I didn't do a urine sample when I was there and was up to me if I wanted to come back in because they can't be sure if it's a problem without me being there. A little dismissive of the potential that there could be a problem. But I went back. The second provider I saw had me do a urine sample and assured me that there was no way I could have done the test wrong and injured myself. She said it's normal to have some irritation after the test. I really wish the first provider had told me what to expect and the possibility that these things could happen when doing this kind of test. I probably wouldn't have come back and wasted a whole day worrying that I had done something wrong or hurt myself. Even more, I wish the first provider returned to make sure I didn't have any further questions and make sure the test was completed without any problems or concerns.

Very smooth process and much quicker than other urgent care facilities I have used in the past.

Normally I get good results in the quickest manner. This time I was sent to the emergency room and had to pay an additional $100. Copay . They didn't do anything that required an emergency room.

As an employee at Maine General, I'm not just saying this just to say this. I was very impressed with the express care. I went there after work, thinking it was going to take me at least two hours in there. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes! I was very happy

My provider, Stephanie, listened to me, acknowledged what was going on with my health, and prescribed a treatment regiment that really helped me.

The team was not sure what to do to stop the bleeding of a vein, but as luck would have it, it stopped while in their care.

I thought that the staff was very good. The nurses were great. The check-in was great. The doctor was great. I realized there's a problem with the amount of people coming in to the ER. And my wife and I both said that even though we had to wait a long time, it wasn't their fault. But overall, we were very pleased.

When I went in, I had a sore throat and I explained to the PA or whoever it was, the lady there that I had a sore throat and they checked for strep and it might have been, might have made me feel better. It probably was more my fault, but I'm checking to see if I had COVID or whatever, because they never tested for that. So it's just in today's days, in today's society, especially what's going on now, I think it was important, but I don't think it turned out to be COVID at all, but it's still giving me a problem. So anyway, I just thought I'd let you know.

My primary care at Augusta family medicine had No appointments for 2 weeks, including sick appointments. This forced me to go to urgent care. This isn't acceptable.

Wait time was the largest challenge (2.5hrs).

It was a very productive meeting. Our provider knows our situation well and understands that as my husband's caregiver, I need things explained clearly. She provides clear and precise instructions and I never feel rushed if I have to ask to have an answered repeated.

All of the staff were very friendly and polite. The wait wasn't long and I was able to pick up my prescription right away. They called them in right away! I would definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family!
