My experience was wonderful until I went to have my blood drawn. The young woman seemed inexperienced and really hurt me. I am black and blue and swollen where she attempted to draw blood. I plan to report this to a supervisor.

I am thrilled with my PCP.

I need to feel confident in my caretakers ability to fully comprehend my health history and care needs going forward.

It was my first visit with Sierra and she made me feel very relaxed in what sometimes is a stressful situation. I am extremely pleased with how I was treated and how knowledgeable she was.

The medical staff is great and very responsive, but the admin staff are not responsive at all and seem to avoid doing their job altogether. They have trouble following referrals and orders that are sent out or communicating information to patients. It is also incredibly difficult to get through to anyone in the admin team. And it leaves a sour taste in your mouth when the orders and everything you need end up three plus months overdue because the admin staff never followed up or never followed through. This should really be addressed as patient care is suffering severely.

I had been inland for many of years with no general complaints. But after one appointment here, I'm so very thankful that I had to make the switch. The office staff was fantastic, including Kim at checkout. The lady that took care of me before my doctor came in was wonderful. And Sierra Sirois was just as great. I really appreciated her advice and kindness. And attention to detail. Thank you for the great care!

Sierra Sirius was super kind, understanding, super helpful and knows what she's doing. Made me feel so comfortable when I went to this new Drs office feeling really low and scared.

First, I'd like to say she was very organized. Secondly, I brought in a list of my concerns. She read them through. She asked questions. We ascertained what she was going to work on. We established a plan. I ran it by her again to make sure that I got it right. It was very refreshing.

Gardiner family has changed into a happy, beutifully helpful med facility. I left it twice in the past because it got so bad. Others i know did too. Since ive returned i have been delighted with th fantastic attitudes, helpfulness and happy staff. I have Praised office staff and management. So so pleased every time! Amazing change and computer change was extremely necessary. Thank you for doing it. Keep up the good work. Its extremely appreciated. I cant say enough good!!

I'm a new patient but have been in 2 days in a row. Yesterday was an urgent visit for a blood clot which required an ultrasound at the hospital. Today was a scheduled visit with a counselor. All of the staff at Gardiner Family Practice both days were exceptional as well as the hospital staff. I was pleasantly surprised as the google reviews I had read were not very kind. I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10! Ty

I waited nearly an hour for my scheduled appointment. Completely unacceptable.

P.A. Sirois was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. I recently switched to this practice because i moved to this area from downstate. I only met with P.A. to capture my medical and health history for a future yearly exam.

Sierra was so amazing with my daughter and seemed to really care about her well being. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

The checkout was very slow and waiting for blood work was the slowest to the point where I had to leave. I couldn't wait any longer. It was almost a half an hour wait after I'd already seen the doctor. So I just left and will have to go back at a different time.

I think if you have more than one physical problem, you should see the doctor and be able to discuss both of them at the same visit. Having to make separate appointments to discuss two different things is not acceptable, and being told that if you do discuss something else, then that will be a different billing code is also not acceptable. I've never had this happen before, and I think one visit, you should be able to talk to your doctor about whatever you want to talk to them about.

Physician Assistant Sierra Sirois was a breath of fresh air. She was thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and insightful. She made me feel truly heard and took the time to ask relevant questions and conduct and order the appropriate tests and referrals. It was a very busy day at the practice and yet she did not make me feel rushed. She took the time to figure out what was going on with me and discussed two different treatment pathways for my condition moving forward: a "plan A" as well as a backup treatment option if the first, less invasive approach doesn't end up helping. She has certainly found her calling in the medical field. I was blown away by the scope of her knowledge and her professionalism and kindness. 10 out of 10 stars for sure!

I was not able to get an appointment with my pcp (who is really good) for about 6 weeks. However, I was able to get an appointment with PA Sierra Sirois in less than a week. I found her to be very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. She ordered an X-ray which diagnosed my issue. I would not be at all opposed to seeing her again if my pcp is unavailable.
