Staff is very efficient and pleasant to deal with.

When your a patient here they take the time to answer any questions or concerns. You don't feel rushed. Really liked the provider I was assigned to as I'm new to this office. Thank you to all the staff from check in to the lab for making my first visit a good experience.

Sierra is very confident in what she's talking with me about and very in the moment, paying attention and very caring. And I would go to her anytime and I would pass that along to everyone.

I have been impressed with the level of care I've received since changing to Gardiner Family Medicine. This was my first time meeting Sierra and she was very helpful and informative, including sharing information about a prescription adjustment that was very helpful. It's a little thing, but I appreciated being offered the choice of whether to get weighed or not. The staff are kind and sensitive (and funny!). Overall I am very happy to be a patient here.

My experience was wonderful until I went to have my blood drawn. The young woman seemed inexperienced and really hurt me. I am black and blue and swollen where she attempted to draw blood. I plan to report this to a supervisor.

Everything is wonderful here. You know, I get very good care. Everybody listens. I love it. I love it. I wouldn't leave. Thank you, dear.

The medical staff is great and very responsive, but the admin staff are not responsive at all and seem to avoid doing their job altogether. They have trouble following referrals and orders that are sent out or communicating information to patients. It is also incredibly difficult to get through to anyone in the admin team. And it leaves a sour taste in your mouth when the orders and everything you need end up three plus months overdue because the admin staff never followed up or never followed through. This should really be addressed as patient care is suffering severely.

I had been inland for many of years with no general complaints. But after one appointment here, I'm so very thankful that I had to make the switch. The office staff was fantastic, including Kim at checkout. The lady that took care of me before my doctor came in was wonderful. And Sierra Sirois was just as great. I really appreciated her advice and kindness. And attention to detail. Thank you for the great care!
