The front desk office is horrible . The staff is not friendly , they never answer the phone and when you do get someone on the phone when they call you (a month after they were sposed to call me ) they are rude ! Dr.Griffith is too valuable of a provider to be let down by a careless heartless front desk staff ! They don't know what they are doing and never care !!

Dr. Griffith was great! He's the first provider who gave me real solutions and answers to the issues I've been dealing with. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

Thank you for the care that I was given and in a prompt and good fashion because CMMC in Lewiston isn't doing that anymore. In a way I feel bad that I live in Lewiston-Auburn area and not Augusta anymore. But I thank you very much for your care as I needed it. Thank you. God bless.

I would like to Thank both of my doctors for their expertise. Doctor Gonzalez and Dr. Griffith. Both have superior knowledge. I was not sure what I was up against. On my second appointment Dr. Griffith really put my mind at ease in describing the problem and consulting with me reinsuring that Dr. Gonzales is the best Dr. I can find for my next procedure. I want to thank them both for helping me and I always want to somehow return what they did for me.

I was uncertain on my way out of my appointment if I was supposed to receive a recheck appointment date or if that would be coming or what was going to happen for follow-up. The person to whom I returned my form from the doctor didn't seem to know anything about what was happening in the department.

Dr Griffin is amazing! His assistant, Ally was wonderful and did a great job making me comfortable and taking my history!

Check in staff are cold and not kind at the front desk. Especially the lady with long blonde hair that sits in the 3rd seat facing the window,very snappy. Also, the check in area is not clearly marked nor is there a proper space to form a line. It's disorganized at best.

I've been to several ENT doctors, other specialists and countless facilities and this was by far one of the best overall experiences. They got me scheduled in two weeks: urgent. Every employee was so friendly and helpful from registration, MA, ENT to lab. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous and so clean and sanitary which is important with my immunodeficiency. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know needing Healthcare. We drove over a hundred miles for this appointment, and it was well worth it.

This was the most informative doctor I've seen in Maine. He took the time to clearly explain every possible cause of my issue and outlined practical next steps. In just 20 minutes, I received more helpful information than I had from multiple doctors over the past two years for the same issue. For the first time, I feel hopeful that I can finally get this under control.
