I received several text reminders for my appointment ahead of time, which was helpful. The office was easy to find. My appointment was efficient and I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Dr. Dyer is very knowledgeable and a leading professional. He was able to discern and explain things regarding my issues that other providers were unable to provide answers for. Though I wasn't able to get the bloodwork he ordered that day because the lab next door was crowded, I would still highly recommend him for anyone needing help to understand their allergies.

First, the scheduler got me in on a cancellation as she knew how miserable I was and needed care. She got me in within a couple days and I am so grateful. Dr Dyer was the kindest person! I felt like he was the first medical professional in a while to see and hear me and validate my struggles. While my main reason for going he might not be able to resolve he sent me in the direction to get tested for MRSA and I am waiting for the swabs to come back. No one else from urgent care or pcp office practitioners thought of it. I feel it is a major issue causing my constant skin flares and for that I cannot tell you how scary and helpful it was to hear. Even if it is not that I have renewed hope to get to the bottom of it. I will continue to work with Dr Dyer to see if there are underlying allergies but this doc is an 11 out of 10.

Dr Scott after is amazing. From the moment he walked into the room I could tell he was going to be phenomenal. I had gone to the clinic in Portland and that was a horrific experience. Two friends had wonderful things to say about Dr. Dyer so I was able to get another referral and get into see him. He was amazing. A definite asset to the facility.

I got two to three different confirmation texts regarding this appointment. And it was very confusing. And I also got a call to confirm the appointment. It was very confusing why I got so many confirmations. And sometimes the texting service didn't work right. Like I tried to text that I was going to the appointment, but then it didn't send it. And then it sent me a text that said, Let us know if you want to be subscribed still. And I didn't know if I had my appointment, so I had to call to make sure I still had my appointment, even though I had already confirmed my appointment three plus times. The staff, though, were really nice. And this questionnaire being a few questions is a lie, because that would be less than five questions. So I would recommend changing your wording, because that's really annoying and really annoyed me and didn't make me want to be nice about the survey. Have a good day, though.

Did not do what I asked for I needed a poke allergy test and they did a blood, and it doesn't show up in blood only shows up on skin also does not want to continue I would love to know what I am allergic to so I can avoid it

Dr Dyer seems to really care about his patients and is interested in what they also have to say also. He doesn't brush you of like some Dr's. do.

The service was great. It just, everybody was, it was really hard to schedule an appointment. We were scheduling two months out and my son was having severe reactions for almost a month and his primary care doctor couldn't figure it out. We had been to the hospital twice. So that wait was really difficult for any kid with allergic reactions. And when we called to try to sort it out and see if we could get an earlier appointment, timeframe, they said everybody's going through the same thing and there's nothing they can do to bump up the time. So his pediatrician had to call to get him in and we were able to get in within a month instead of a couple months. But that was the most difficult part of this whole process is trying to get him help and not in severe pain like he was.

What a great experience! After having a bad experience at another allergy practice, I was really hopeful about this appointment, and was not disappointed. To start with, the staff who answered the phone were pleasant and competent, and got me in several months sooner than originally scheduled because of a cancellation. The medical assistant was pleasant and friendly. Dr. Dyer took time to answer all of my questions, and explain all of my past tests (from other providers who were not this helpful), and my options. I had questions and concerns about a wide variety of issues possibly related to my allergies, and he addresssed all of them. He ordered labs, which I was able to get done immediately. MaineGeneral does such a great job. So thankful to have found this practice!

When I called this office to make an appointment I had a very rude lady answer the call. She explained how she couldn't make an appt for me until she got my referral from my Doctor. That was already in the works, I was just asking how long they are booking out. She had a snarky remark saying I can't give an appt to you until etc etc...I almost took my care elsewhere. Glad that I didn't because when I saw Dr Dyer he was very professional as well as the nurse. He was very informative. I received great care that day. But on my way out I dealt with the secretary who I talk to on the phone. I gave her my paper and she reached out and aggressively took it out my hand like I was a bother. Not sure what the problem is with this lady, her voice was very gruff, but she in my opinion needs to be talked to about her quick, doesn't want to be bothered behavior.

I just wanted to say I was very happy. My appointment was supposed to be in June and I was put on a cancellation list and they called me that same day and got me in within a week. So that was very impressive to me and the whole facility and staff was very kind and courteous. Thank you so much.
