Sasha Thivierge-Bonney, PA-C

My mom has had Sasha for a doctor for a long time now, for almost a year, I think, and she just loves Sasha.

?1. Biological Reality over Ideology ?The medical profession must remain grounded in objective truth. I hold to a biblical and biological understanding that there are two genders. If a provider prioritizes modern gender ideology over these foundational facts, they lose the trust required for a doctor-patient relationship. ?2. The Death of Personal Care ?The current "efficiency" model is failing. Doctors and nurses are forced into such small time windows that they become "room-runners" rather than healers. ?The Problem: Constant questionnaires and "pre-reading" charts have replaced actual conversation. ?The Result: You aren't being "seen"; you are being "processed." ?3. Knowledge vs. Understanding ?A doctor may know my medical history because they read a screen for two minutes before entering the room, but that is not the same as knowing the patient. True care requires time, presence, and a shared understanding of reality-all of which are missing in the current system.

Just wanted to elaborate on the medical history question. This is only the second time I have seen my PCP and the first time in person. They do not have my most recent medical records so would have no way to have known about my history.

I just got released from the hospital with a stressed induced heart attack. I had the best experience when I went to talk to my PCP she was. Comforting, caring, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.. when I went to have my appointment she was very comforting assurance and helped me to understand what was going on, explained everything to me and was kind.

The provider wasn't even in the exam room 5 minutes. She said that she would send me to physical therapy, which would have been fine if I knew what was actually wrong with me.

I have been very pleased with the service. Vera has been especially responsive.

I appreciate Sasha for her concern and care for me. I believe we have a good relationship and understanding.

Sasha is a wonderful doctor. I've only seen her a few times, but every time I see her, I leave the office feeling like my questions have been answered, that she really takes the time to talk to me, explain things to me. She's absolutely wonderful. The receptionist was great too. Setting up the appointment, I have a hard time remembering sometimes or misplacing things. She wrote down something in three different spots, put it in an envelope just to go out of her way to make sure that I would remember it. I'm talking to the, whenever I call, if I have a question, it's pretty answered within a few hours. I absolutely would recommend Primewood.

They were able to get my testing I needed done set up for the next day. Great customer service.

Appointment scheduled with Sasha at 1120am, I was not brought back to a room until 1140am and Sasha didn't arrive into our 11120am Appointment shortly before 12pm. Sasha apologized for being late, however common curiosity it should of been communicated to Front End to notify patients. I was a former front end receptionist for family, pediatrician & ob/gyn medical office and I always followed and relayed to any Appointment that provider is late 15 minutes or more.

Sasha is very understanding, empathetic, and highly knowledgeable. While being extremely professional she is easy to talk to.

I had to wait over 2 months to see my pcp about an issue that started in January with no relief so far. They just keep passing the buck to another doctor and I have seen zero results. I'm looking for a new provider and a new doctors office.

She's always great. She always listens and always calms me down if I have something that bothers me. And it's always a good visit with her.

High MD and PA turnover rate, but still did well in taking care of me. Seemed more attentive to my needs than last visit where the PA was about to leave.

I appreciated the fact that I was put on a "cancelation list" when the office was initially unable to schedule me in...

Everyone at Elmwood Healthcare are helpful and courteous and kind. That's why I go there even though I live in augusta.

Very cut and dry simple diagnosis and easy treatment

Hi, I think my appointment went very well. However, I did leave there without discussing a measles shot, which I had mentioned both times. So, I was on the phone with a receptionist and once with the woman who did the intake with me, and I forgot all of us. I forgot to cover the measles shot and it seems like between four of us, one of us would have remembered. I think that's good. And the only other thing I have about that is I was a little surprised when I got home that I remembered that I hadn't had a breast exam. And usually that is something that happens during my annual physical, but I, I just again, I was thinking about other things and I forgot, but it is a little unusual that that didn't happen. So, otherwise.

Sasha and her staff are very nice.

Sasha, from my experience yesterday is one of the best PA. She works hard at giving the best care possible.

The whole team was incredible from start to finish. Things that I found extremely helpful were: 1. Receptionist prompting me for my updated insurance card. 2. Calmness of the team despite current illness levels 3. Students present (thank you for supporting next generation!) 4. My providers thoroughly explaining care needed, talking me through options of potential care, and upcoming care across the next five years. 5. Checking out was quick and easy and I was able to schedule my next physical out. Thank you for your outstanding care especially in the midst of our current healthcare situations across the state.

I requested to see my provider but she was booked solid. I was asked if I would be willing to see a different provider. I called just after 9 am and was able to see a different provider, then my own , at 11:20 that same morning. Can't ask for better service that that. I have and would again refer friends to Elmwood Primary Care in a heartbeat. I am very happy with the care and service I have received.

Everyone was so personable and friendly, which created a great atmosphere. It was my first visit, and Sasha was wonderful to work with. She listened well and asked pertinent questions. It gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was getting.
