I have been a patient of the clinic for many years and have come to know, trust and very much respect the entire team.

I just want to update your records. I did not see Dr. Prescott on that visit. I saw a nurse and she took care of me. I see Dr. Prescott the next time I go. That's all. Bye.

I felt like I got good care and they found an underlying health condition that I didn't know I even had and I was treated for it and you guys helped me find a primary care provider. So all in all, I would say that I am satisfied with my experience. I think you guys may have saved my life and I recommend the hospital.

Wish we didn't have to travel away from Waterville. But the Augusta clinic is easy to get to. Better parking and less walking. Only twice a year, so that is not too bad. Overall a very nice experience.

The staff were very supportive. They have a good sense of humor at the front desk. The nurse I've now had a couple of times and she was a lot of fun actually. She put me to rest and did a good job.

The people in the office, including the doctor, were very nice people.

That building is very user unfriendly. The arrows on the walls aren't correct. There's no receptionist. It was my first time there and it took a good ten to fifteen minutes to get to Coumadin clinic

The care team there is better than any other department at Maine General and I would totally recommend them. Sarah Prescott provides care to the entire patient, not just to the disorder. And the team there is great. Thank you so much.
