I'm extremely happy with the service I've received. My health team has been receptive to my needs and heard my request.

Family Practitioner has extreme knowledge and listens carefully to all my concerns. Her MA is very polite and always professional.

I appreciate and have complete faith in the care I receive from Sarah Havener. She's very thoughtful and through and explains things in a way that is easily understood. I couldn't ask for a better PCP.

I have multiple medical issues and I recently had a CT scan. Sarah took the time to discuss in depth each part of the scan along with what action should be taken next.

Sarah Havener and her team are the best! They always listen to me, answer all my questions and concerns and I never feel rushed!

Sarah Havener and her medical assistant are absolutely incredible. I always feel supported and Sarah truly listens and cares. She does a fantastic job at including the patient in their care plan and there is never a feeling of judgment. I cannot praise these two enough.

My only gripe is with the portal-it comes across as outdated, rigid, and clunky.

Honest feedback F + Office staff , I honestly can not recommend. Over the telephone is even worse. No one knows who is in charge of billing! Spoke w/ 3 support staff I still do not know what my bill is ? I want to plan the cost ahead of time. That's poor management.

Sarah is just a wonderful, wonderful health care person. She makes you feel so comfortable with her and she always checks in and she's just excellent, excellent. There are no things she doesn't do and help her patients with. I always look forward to my going to meeting her because I know if I have a problem, she will take care of it for me nicely. And I always feel that she really is interested in having me go home feeling comfortable if I have a problem and feel that it's being taken care of. And if it's just for my physical, I always feel that she is right there in any questions I have to do. You couldn't get a better person than Sarah Kavanagh. It was a follow up to an accident and I felt if was very thorough in accessing my current situation. The advice was easy to understand and follow. I had plenty of time to ask questions related to my injury and left feeling like I had a plan in place for optimal recovery.

Sarah Havener addressed all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and as usual Sarah is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Sarah is aware of my medical history and is pro-active about my care. She listens really well and is very good at suggesting an alternate drug when another choice is advisable. She also responds very quickly to emails and is great about prescription refills. Sarah is a wonderful caretaker!

Doctor refused my blood test three times, had to go and see a different facility in the same day to get the blood test ordered to confirm that I was having a miscarriage.

Great staff

Sarah was very good, very helpful. I just needed to know that my urine did not come out orange. So I don't know why or anything, but I only got one more day, I think it is, to take the pills. But she was excellent. I have no problems at all. Thank you.

The care team was incredibly kind to me. My daughter took all of the car keys to school so I had to walk to the school and take the car from there. I called ahead and explained and they were able to work me in. I am so appreciative of their kindness. I have been going through a tremendous amount of stress lately and they listened and were helpful.

Long wait to log in for the appointment. Long wait to check out after appointment. Only one person both time.

Sarah Havener never fails to disappoint. She is thorough and trustworthy. I would and have recommended her as a practitioner but do not feel that way about everyone on the team which is why I wouldn't recommend the organization as a whole.

My feedback is regarding the Follow My Health app. I like the app and all that it provides, however it gets updated frequently around visits and at times it is impossible to know what some of the updates are. Would be good if they were highlighted somehow. And being able to sort by lab results, so all of one type of lab could be looked at together instead of having to scroll through years of data to find past results. That would improve the user experience. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

I have only had Sarah Havener as my primary care provider for about a year, but she quickly earned my respect and confidence. She's knowledgeable, patient, a good listener and is respectful of my needs and opinions. I couldn't ask for more and feel fortunate to have found her.
