The care team was incredibly kind to me. My daughter took all of the car keys to school so I had to walk to the school and take the car from there. I called ahead and explained and they were able to work me in. I am so appreciative of their kindness. I have been going through a tremendous amount of stress lately and they listened and were helpful.

Long wait to log in for the appointment. Long wait to check out after appointment. Only one person both time.

Sarah Havener never fails to disappoint. She is thorough and trustworthy. I would and have recommended her as a practitioner but do not feel that way about everyone on the team which is why I wouldn't recommend the organization as a whole.

My feedback is regarding the Follow My Health app. I like the app and all that it provides, however it gets updated frequently around visits and at times it is impossible to know what some of the updates are. Would be good if they were highlighted somehow. And being able to sort by lab results, so all of one type of lab could be looked at together instead of having to scroll through years of data to find past results. That would improve the user experience. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

I have only had Sarah Havener as my primary care provider for about a year, but she quickly earned my respect and confidence. She's knowledgeable, patient, a good listener and is respectful of my needs and opinions. I couldn't ask for more and feel fortunate to have found her. Always a positive experience when I see staff at your facility

Signage would be nice, when standing at the sign that says wait here you can't see who is helping that day, they can't see you either. Also when you arrive for the first time you have no clue where your suppose to go.

Augusta is my hometown and it was my mother's too. It gives me pride and joy to say I live in Augusta. Having a hospital of this quality, within a couple of miles of my home, is priceless.

Sarah was professional, personable, present, pleasant, and proactive.

Sarah knew my chart very well. She was excellent. She provided that the nurse beforehand give me a test to test on my walking ability, which she did. And she was very, very helpful. I would certainly recommend her to another person.

I was supposed to make some other appointments and I was on the way out, but the receptionist was at a meeting. They said they would call me with the new appointments. I haven't got them yet. I would like to know when I'm supposed to go. This is a hospital follow-up. Thank you.

I like that I get all my questions answered and not feel rushed

They got me in for an appt. promptly so I didn't have to wait 1 hr for express care. I go to AFM so she filled an appt. Listened to me and did X-rays for my chest to see about pneumonia and then sent over meds for it. It was good!!!

The doctor and her assistant/trainee were both professional and friendly. I was very comfortable in their presence and felt sure my concerns were listened to and addressed with sincere care.

Sarah is an amazing doctor

This was an A1C check up and everything went well. I was prescribed a medication to improve my diabetes. I am willing to give it a try and see how it works out for me.

Sarah has ALWAYS been quick to respond to any problem I have had, any question I have asked. The day I called in with an unexpected problem, Sarah had scheduled herself out. They called later that day and suggested I call the next morning in case Sarah had a cancelation. I called, she did, and the person who answered my call seemed to expect my call. Sarah herself was a real help; am recovering well! I am completely happy with the relationship I have with Sarah, as well as the responsiveness of her team.
