The receptionist was above and beyond helpful in getting me navigated through the physical space as well as the documentation. And Sarah Flynn was very friendly while still being efficient, especially as she was like a bridge provider for me between two PCP providers. I still felt like she took the time to really connect with me as a human, even though it's not likely that I'll see her often again. And the visit was still very efficient and quick.

The receptionist went above and beyond helping me with my cash payment for my copayment.

Sarah Flynn is not the pa I have been assigned to but my pa was on vacation. She did an excellent job of looking at my record, and data points, and did a great job of discussing w me what I was experiencing. We discussed some possible med change options, and came to some conclusions of two changes to make. I had an excellent experience meeting and discussing my health issues with her!

I found the experience most helpful!

While the practitioner I saw was kind and reassuring, I didn't feel like she asked enough questions or took my concerns seriously. The lab process at the hospital and Gardiner location is terrible. In Gardiner, do not allow patients to register before 8 if staff dont show up until 8 and don't start taking people back until 8:15 or 8:20.
