No, just waiting for my lab test to come back so I know what's going on.

This is my first appointment with Sara. She was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. She showed empathy and concern about being sure I have tests to help us move forward at our next appointment. I felt cared for and look forward to having her meet with me again.

PA was exceptional

I was super anxious because first time there. It felt off and at times I felt unheard

I'm just re-establishing care after a long period of underinsurance and it has been extremely relieving to feel nothing but heard and supported by all of the staff members along the way.

this is the first facility, doctor's office that the doctors just seem so confident when they walk through the door, their greeting, their eye contact. They don't, it just instantly just takes the tenseness out of us. I can only explain it as like they're very confident and sure. they're definitely going to be able to take care.

most of the nurses can not take my blood 3 women & the 3rd. was able to. A few years back I was 40 min. in the chair with them digging around my veins & was only able to get a tiny bit of blood.

I don't think you guys need to do anything to improve. I think you're doing an amazing job. And one of the things I love most is that your doctors make it very crystal clear that they are right there with you in the struggle, if you're having struggles. You guys are doing amazing. I love your practice. Nothing but respect for you.

I travel an hour to see my doctor because she is that good. She listens to me, does not rush me, offers quality advice and remembers me and my health.

I was seen very promptly. The staff is very polite.

Communication is key when so many people are involved.

It's all good in the hood.
