Always friendly staff and minimum time to wait to be seen

The doctor was rude, very rude. She made me wait half an hour in the office area, in the room, room, room. Shot, and she was very rude about it when I said, hey, you know, she hasn't come and see me. She was very rude about it. She said she could take her time as long as she ever wanted. She needs to have a like a friggin credit check me in because she is not better than anybody else.

I got excellent care....thank you!

She had no Idea why I was there and did nothing to help or make me feel that she even cared about the pain I was in.

I came for a pre-op appointment before my surgery. There was very little discussion about my health. Routine height, weight, temp, bp, lungs, heart check. No real conversation took place. Impersonal.

Everyone was helpful, kind and thorough. If I had questions they were answered. I felt very confident in the treatment I received thank you.

Had zero major health concerns addressed and none of the staff seemed to know Anything they were doing. Took 4 people to get my blood pressure?

It was my first time meeting Sara Graf. She was pleasant to talk with.

Seemed very transactional. I'm not a touchy feely type of person but I do like a little bit of "touchy feely".

I liked Sara Graf very much. She was very nice and I liked her very much and I would recommend her to anybody. And the first question I pressed two, I should have waited and pressed four because everything was a 10 in my book with Sara Graf and the place. Thank you.

PA was exceptional

I was super anxious because first time there. It felt off and at times I felt unheard

I'm just re-establishing care after a long period of underinsurance and it has been extremely relieving to feel nothing but heard and supported by all of the staff members along the way.

this is the first facility, doctor's office that the doctors just seem so confident when they walk through the door, their greeting, their eye contact. They don't, it just instantly just takes the tenseness out of us. I can only explain it as like they're very confident and sure. they're definitely going to be able to take care.

most of the nurses can not take my blood 3 women & the 3rd. was able to. A few years back I was 40 min. in the chair with them digging around my veins & was only able to get a tiny bit of blood.

I don't think you guys need to do anything to improve. I think you're doing an amazing job. And one of the things I love most is that your doctors make it very crystal clear that they are right there with you in the struggle, if you're having struggles. You guys are doing amazing. I love your practice. Nothing but respect for you.

Sara Graf is OUTSTANDING! Very personable & professional!

I travel an hour to see my doctor because she is that good. She listens to me, does not rush me, offers quality advice and remembers me and my health.

I was seen very promptly. The staff is very polite.

Communication is key when so many people are involved.
