I think Samantha was very rude to me. I don't know what she thought. I went in with back issues. I am on disability, but I was not looking for pain meds. But when she came in, she seemed hostile. Like, I don't know if she was expecting me to ask for something. I did ask for a low dose muscle relaxer to help me, which she did prescribe, but I didn't like the attitude that she gave me. I felt like she was thinking that I was going to be med seeking or whatever, but I was very offended and very upset by that. And I would never want to go see her again. Okay, thank you. Bye.

From beginning to end, it was the most positive experience I've ever had with a walk-in clinic. I like that there was separate waiting areas for people who had like coughs and colds versus people who had other ailments. As you were waiting to see somebody, the service was fast and accurate and I have nothing but good things to say. I definitely will try it again.

I came in for a cold. They didn't do any flu test. They said they didn't have any, didn't do any blood work. It's been 10 days now and I'm still sick. Very poor. Very poor care.

I was seen promptly, and I felt my concerns (possible concussion) were taken seriously. I like that this facility has separate waiting rooms for those who are coughing or sneezing a lot.

Sam was extremely helpful dealing with a personal and very painful physical issue that I've been dealing with. She was very caring toward me and I am on the mend and going to follow up with my doctor if I continue to have issues. The prescription she sent in has helped a great deal. I am glad I went to see her.

I took my child to express care due to concerns about an ear infection as he has an extensive history. Child was symptomatic for two days prior to taking him in. Finally we went in as he had high fevers for two days already. The provider looked in his ears and even got a second provider to come in and look both of them said they had red spots but they weren't going to treat with antibiotics at this time. If symptoms got worse to come back in two days. We were discharged with my child's rest heart rate I the 120's and fever of 100.9. Not even 20 minutes later, the time it took to travel from Waterville Express care home (to Pittsfield) I could tell something was wrong. I ended up taking him to Pit

The young lady who took care of me was lovely. The thing is, I went in there and I was very concerned with my blood pressure. And I don't think it should be something that should be looked at very lightly. There was nothing done extraordinary or of interest in me furthering my care. And for that, I felt really still yet unsafe.

It was a 3 hour wait to be taken to a room. Then another wait till the dr. Came in. I was seen by several dr's they were all pleasant.

Even though I didn't receive the medication I was looking for, they gave me what they could give me to give me some relief. And told me to give it a number of days and come back if I am not better. I was better e Ben just after leaving and have been following their instructions since. So far, so good. Great care and dependability. I am very appreciative of Express Care and promote them continuously.

Other than the long wait due to current region events, the doctors listened to my complaints and made a decision based on that and a primary assessment. This was quick but thorough and goodly communicated!

Wonderful awesome experience and so much so when I conveyed my experience to my colleagues they also expressed they had had great care here also. We all discussed how much we love you guys and sorry to explain but we hate northern light.
