Thank you I trust Maine General I wish I could understand why I keep getting sick, what to do prevent that and why treatment decisions are made...ie How to tell the difference between viral and bacterial infections!

Sadianne don't know if I'm spelling it right but she helped me with my situation and got another doctor to get her opinion. And we have a plan what I gotta do and I'll be back in three weeks caring professional felt comfortable. Thank you.

I made two calls requesting assistance in managing what appeared to be an infection in my toe which had undergone surgery the week before. When I made the second call I was advised my pcp wasn't working that day so hadn't gotten the message yet. I asked if there was anyone covering and the message was redirected but still no call back received. I phoned a third time the next morning and got a same day appointment with the physician assistant who prescribed medication to treat the problem. Unfortunately at this point I have not had much improvement after 3 days of a 5 day trial so will be calling back to discuss further recommendations.

I am always happy to respond to the surveys I receive regarding my experience at FMI. They are so good to me and I am grateful to have an excellent care team from receptionist all the way thru to provider.

Dr D'Andreti is a wonderful Dr. She listens and makes me feel validated and treats me like I am not just a patient but a partner in working through my Healthcare needs. I feel grateful to have her as my physician.

I appreciated getting an appointment promptly. The folks at reception were friendly and helpful. Both the nurse and the doctor were understanding about my concern. I thought the Dr. gave me adequate time to ask her questions. She gave me several recommendations for both medicine and practices for home care.

I had an enjoyable experience and the staff was very welcoming as always. I've been going to FMI for a very long time. The only drawback was the medication that I was prescribed that I was told to try was an absolute catastrophe. But other than that, everything else was splendid.

Was never told about health conditions till another doctor found them in my chart

Sadianne was very nice and helpful. She read some of my file before I arrived so she was up to speed on what I am able to tolerate. She prescribed medications that won't give me any trouble taking due to my health conditions. I would be happy to see her again if my PCP isn't available.

The staff at FMI for Intake was very courteous and clearly was interested in my care. Sadie Andandretti is an exemplary practitioner. She found some issues that others had not found to focus on that I hadn't noticed that kind of give us other directions to look at for my future healthcare. listened and coordinated with me just in a way that I really felt was looking at my care and quality of life and helping me as a person who is very knowledgeable about medical issues to kind of make decisions about the pathway forward and care as I was aging. The longevity of some of the staff in this practice speaks volumes about the quality of care. It's so rare to see people stay in the same place for decades. But it is so reassuring as a patient.

Sadianne takes the time to listen, and she remembers things. She makes it a point to remember specific things about you, and she's prepared for your appointment. I appreciate her knowledge, her kindness, and I think she has done a great job with her short time there. I truly appreciate her.

Provider was very nice. Ordered some labs and a medication that helped with nausea. She even remembered seeing me once before about a year ago or more.

SADIEANNE IS an amazing provider! I absolutely adore her and she is fantastic! Even my step mom comes to see her from 1.5hr drive!
