I am very impressed with how thoughtful, caring and listening Ross was to what I had to say.

Saw a pa because my regular doctor was all booked up he was good and thorough.

First time meeting him as a Podiatrist my primary care doctor told him about me so I know the questions to ask, and I already knew the questions to answer

I had foot care and was very satisfied. He listened to me and was very gentle and caring . I will definitely see him again.

I got in to see a medical provider a month before my initially scheduled appointment, because I asked to be placed on a cancelation list, and then I was offered the chance to see a PA instead of my CNP PCP. Since what I needed was just a referral for a hernia issue, I happily agreed, and PA Ross was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He really put me at ease, listened to what I wanted, and referred me forward. I am so grateful to have received this option.

In general, Gardiner Family Practice, including the Express Care staff are skilled, compassionate and professional. I have been a long time patient of this practice in all its interations and find the practice is at the top of their game. This is includes the front office staff who are unfailingly courteous and helpful. You could use this practice as a model for others. Specifically, for this appointment, Ross was knowledgable, easy to talk with and a complete professional.

Yeah, the experience was fine. We've been there several times. What I will say is that the person who was conducting this survey should have spoken slower and more clearly. The second question I couldn't even hear or understand very well. So while the experience was great, the survey voice was not as clear as it should have been. Other than that, everything's fine. Thank you.

Dr. Ross was very articulate. He let me know what's going on. He outlined everything to me. Patient service was very quick and respond. So I like that.

I made a mistake when I answered question number one pertaining to whether I was able to get an appointment as quickly as I wanted. I meant to say yes, I was able to, but I pressed no by mistake. Other than that, I was very happy with Ross and was very confident in my visit with him. Thank you.

Well, everyone is generally friendly, knowledgeable, and really seem to care about you as a person. When we see our practitioner, she is right on top of things. When we went to see the man named Stevenson, who takes care of us, he is, he is fantastic. So overall, the Gardner Family Care Center is 10 out of 10. If I could say 11, I would say 11. I don't know what to do at this point.

Ross explained the procedure to me very well and he did a great job in the procedure that I had done.

Scheduling annual appointments takes a lot longer than it should. Booking out 6 months. This appointment was scheduled by the hospital so I got in faster. Ross is a great PA, very informative.

I was tested for a UTI. Never heard about the results today so I have to go all weekend with no medicine for it.

My PCP is always in a hurry and I can't get all my questions in.

All the providers that I have seen have been great.

The experience was in fact very well, my only concerns is the speed of testing that was discussed. I am.very concerned with my current condition and thought with some of the possibilities of my diagnosis that some of the testing would be immediate, but have heard nothing from maine general about further tests that were discussed during my visit

This facility is getting busier and busier and it is hard to get an appointment. You have some very good people working at your facility and I hope you can keep them and add to your staff.

I have seen various Nurse Practitioners. They are all super and on top of things.

Ross took more time with me than anyone previously did. I was VERY comfortable, he seemed quite wise (and I say this bc he is my grandkids age!), and I would see him again if available.

It was a wonderful experience. I can tell you that the care, everything else about that was excellent, excellent, excellent.
