Dr. Knausenberger is a very knowledgeable and patient doctor and spends the extra time to explain the situation.

Have complete trust in my doctors. They have been very helpful in helping me stay healthy.

The signage in the lobby area by the elevators does not list internal medicine I believe in the signage getting off the elevator says internal health, but you go And And need to be directed to the end of the hall. I'm assuming it's transitional and just has not been corrected yet.

The doctor was thorough. He was very good. He listened. He gave me good advice. However, his nurse took forever to come back and draw my blood. And when she did, it was pretty apparent to me and to my person with me that she had no idea what she was doing. And she drew once and missed. Immediately said she was going to get an expert. I know from the past, she has two chances, but she knew she did not know what she was doing.

I have been with Dr. Knausenberger for many many years. He has knowledge, experience, expertise, and caring. His NP seems also to have much experience and expertise.

Always a good feeling when I have a visit with my doctor.

We spent 45 minutes with a nurse answering questions from the computer. We were assigned a new Dr. as previous Dr. retired. The new Dr. was very nice, but did not conduct a full physical, only listened to the heart/lungs. No other physical assesments. A few questions were discussed. I know primary drs. are hard to come bye in this area, and this Dr. may be deserving of retirement and kindly staying on to help with the patient load, as he is only there two days a week. That being said, it was disappointing not to have a full physical done with the standard procedures and assessments. Perhaps the nurse could gave been better utilized doing the physical exam and let pts. fill out questionnaire before the visit.

I appreciate the time Dr. Knausenberger gives me to ask questions. His answers are always helpful and informative. My experience with the entire team has been very positive.

I have been seeing Dr. Knausenberger for many years at Inland and was very pleased that he is continuing his practice through Thayer. They are very lucky to have him. Very knowledgeable and patient centered. Takes time listening to your needs and developing a treatment plan.

There was some confusion about where to check in as it was different from usual. Additional signage until existing patients with new PCP's become familiar with the change would be helpful.

I find Dr. Knausenberger very good. He's very caring and very thorough. The only complaint I have is the hallway, the decline that goes down by the office. It's very hard with the wheelchair, but Dr. Knausenberger goes way above and beyond. Thank you. Bye.

Had to wait almost 1 hour to get into to see the doctor, I am not someone who likes to wait like that, as it's a waste of my time. I do not wait at any other place for example will never sit and wait to eat at a restaurant as time is a precious thing in life you shouldn't waste it sitting.
