The Doctor was the best I ever had. He took time and explained my medical conditions with compassion and understanding.

It was my first visit with my new PCP, Dr. Knausenberger, and I really felt comfortable with him. He was kind, patient, and thorough. He was running behind in his appointments, but well worth the added wait time! I am very grateful to have been assigned to him.

Everyone was great

There was some confusion about where to check in as it was different from usual. Additional signage until existing patients with new PCP's become familiar with the change would be helpful.

I find Dr. Knausenberger very good. He's very caring and very thorough. The only complaint I have is the hallway, the decline that goes down by the office. It's very hard with the wheelchair, but Dr. Knausenberger goes way above and beyond. Thank you. Bye.

Had to wait almost 1 hour to get into to see the doctor, I am not someone who likes to wait like that, as it's a waste of my time. I do not wait at any other place for example will never sit and wait to eat at a restaurant as time is a precious thing in life you shouldn't waste it sitting.
