Dr. Rochelle Murphy has been my primary care doctor for many years now and she does an amazing job! I always feel like she is working tirelessly to keep me healthy, she listens to my concerns, and ensures that I feel comfortable before leaving the office. I really appreciate all that she does!! As always I felt comfortable and listened to above all. Wish the tests and X-rays were still available at Winthrop Medical not thrilled about having tests in Augusta Winthrop is so much more convenient.

Rochelle Murphy an the staff at Winthrop family medicine are very kind,attentive, professional and extremely courteous. I only wish that the lab facilities were available at that location like they had been in the past. It definitely made things more convenient to go down 1 floor to get your mammograms, x rays or blood work done verses having to make a separate drive into Augusta for such services.

My provider and nurses were very kind and patient. They were also very knowledgeable.

Quick & helpful

I hate the fact that when you get an invoice from MaiNe General, it is not itemized and if you failed to pay it, you'll get another bill for the same amount, but it will not tell you what it's for and it will not have the same invoice number last year you guys had to refund me $440 that I overpaid how do I know that I haven't done that since since no one's auditing you this year your billing system is the absolute most horrendous thing I've ever seen in my life fix it, and I was appalled. Last time I went for a physical because I happened to discuss another pain that I had that I was charged extra for that even though nothing was done about it. It was just a discussion all within my allotted 15 minutes that your give for a physical.

My husband and I have been patients at Winthrop Family for many years. We've always had excellent care and the staff is always more than helpful. Rochelle Murphy is a delight as my primary care. She listens with great concern and makes you feel like you are the only person in the world during appointments with her. She does a wonderful job of suggesting and explaining the care she thinks best.

I would have rated the facility a 10 but I have been extremely disappointed that the facility no longer has on site lab or imaging services.

I was very nervous about my appointment and the providers who assisted me were informational and helped me through the whole process. The nurse who came in before my appointment helped me so much. I don't think I have ever met a more kind gentleman. The Nurse practitioner who performed the procedure was very in tune and tried to make me feel as comfortable as she could. She spoke through out the procedure by explaining what was going on so I knew what to expect. I highly recommend these two Individuals working together as a pair. They were the most kind and compassionate individuals that I have met during a medical visit.

Rochelle Murphy has been an excellent PCP for many years for me. Having the office close to my home is also a major advantage for me as I am getting older.

My phlebotomist gave me information I have been very interested in, which is becoming a phlebotomist myself at Maine general! She was also great at what she did! I loved her!

Your care has changed. It seems the most caring and problem solving staff have been silenced about anything outside the box. If you scheduled something for 1 problem, and ask a question about another challenge you have it's not important. It's sad because you have great staff. They just are time limited and can't think outside the box anymore. Seems more like an assembly line with time limits. Sad you have come to this.
