I was very nervous about my appointment and the providers who assisted me were informational and helped me through the whole process. The nurse who came in before my appointment helped me so much. I don't think I have ever met a more kind gentleman. The Nurse practitioner who performed the procedure was very in tune and tried to make me feel as comfortable as she could. She spoke through out the procedure by explaining what was going on so I knew what to expect. I highly recommend these two Individuals working together as a pair. They were the most kind and compassionate individuals that I have met during a medical visit.

Rochelle Murphy has been an excellent PCP for many years for me. Having the office close to my home is also a major advantage for me as I am getting older.

My phlebotomist gave me information I have been very interested in, which is becoming a phlebotomist myself at Maine general! She was also great at what she did! I loved her!

Your care has changed. It seems the most caring and problem solving staff have been silenced about anything outside the box. If you scheduled something for 1 problem, and ask a question about another challenge you have it's not important. It's sad because you have great staff. They just are time limited and can't think outside the box anymore. Seems more like an assembly line with time limits. Sad you have come to this.
