Dr Ciocca a bit distant, very down to business, no chit chat, nice enough, polite, doesn't offer to shake hands, introduce himself. Bit off-putting but he seems to know what he's about. Don't find fault with his presentation, do think if I were an in-patient I'd wish for a more open, congenial personality. As for being professional, going right to work, knowing the case, history and what needed doing, Dr was fully in charge. His staff, from reception, to scheduling, to his clinic assistant that day, were all very open, friendly, helpful, and professional. Each knew and was very good at their job.

I was very impressed with the service I had with the new facility and I've never been there before with my friends. And I recommend that to everybody and those people, they're very friendly and they ask a question for myself and everything. So I'm very impressed and I'm very happy and I can't wait to go back.
