Everyone was outstanding. Dr. Stevens listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. An A+ for everyone.

I felt in good hands in they were very competent and cordial and explained thigs very clearly to me so once I was in I was also out very quickly. My shoulder feels very comfortable now. Though i haven't used it the pain level is 1/10

Dr Stevens has always listened to me and treated me the patient and not what the xrays/mri show. He listens to what is happening and despite the pictures showing that I should be in immense pain, I am not and therefore he didn't push surgery or joint replacement. We agreed to a plan for ongoing treatment. I really enjoy and trust him.

Dr. Stevens was very professional & pleasant. He listened to what I had to say & included me in the decisions of my care.

The staff was very professional. It was obvious that they were very caring and made me feel comfortable.

I felt that the care I received while in the building was very good. However, my referral to orthopedics by my primary for MRI or x-ray was very poor. It took me, it was told to me it would take two to three days for results to come back. I called three to four times within a two week span hunting them down. before I reached out to my primary, who actually shared them with me, as far as the knowledge was concerned, that she was not a radiologist. I do feel that to put someone's nerves at ease, that results should be shared with the patient as soon as they are received and read by the radiologist or at the doctor. Other than that, again, in-house care was very good result being my own.

I feel like I wasn't heard. I feel like I'm being shrugged off and treated as a nuisance. I don't trust that I'll be treated equally going forward.

Dr Stevens was professional and had an excellent bedside manner. He went over the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. The procedure went as smoothly as possible and the relief from the cortisone shot was immediate. 3 days later (today) I have almost no pain from my hip and am able to ambulate much better than before the shot. Thank You Dr. Stevens.

I've been extremely pleased with the level of attentiveness and care at the Ortho practice in Oakland.

Everyone was nice and efficient. It was a pleasant experience for me since I was nervous having anesthesia for the first time.

The doctors were wonderful. At first I was nervous but they explained everything as they were doing the freezing injections and talked to my husband and I about traveling which kept me calm and laughing. I even got to watch it on the ultrasound screen, quite fascinating.

Very impressed with the doctors and staff.

I just want the doctor to know that the pain in my right hip is almost completely gone. So, I thank him very much and his care team.

Dr Stevens was amazing. I went in very anxious about what I had been told about how an injection in the shoulder was going to be like. I told Dr Stevens I was anxious and he did an awesome job taking the time to listen to me and calm my anxiety. My husband was able to be with me as well. He explained every step and made sure I was doing ok before moving onto each step. When the injection happened there was lots of pressure and Dr Stevens talked me through breathing through it. Afterwards I was shaky when sitting up and he took his time making sure I was ok before leaving the room even though my husband was with me. Dr Stevens deserves a gold star for his patience and bed side manners for sure!!!

I left feeling so much better knowing exactly what is going on in my body and what steps will be taken to help me.....thank you Dr. Stevens.

Registration staff checked in my son quickly, politely and efficiently. MA was polite quick and treated us with friendly warm demeanor. Dr Stevens spent time evaluating and then explaining his concerns and findings in a professional manner covering all possibilities and focusing options for care.

Parking at facility is terrible. I use both physicians and rehab. No access to rehab from parking lot...must use main entrance. Parking accomodates BOTH services. Parking always crowded.

Dr. Stevens has an outstanding friendly but professional bedside manner. He took time to go over my ex-ray results & explained in great detail what that meant regarding treatment. I updated him on my newest fall & any new medicines. He told me how to get a device to assist in lifting my knee.I am researching that now. He wrote down what it is called. The staff here is wonderful providing a wheelchair while I was there. As a retired teacher, I would give the doctor & staff an A+.

Dr. Stevens was really skilled and caring. I was happy to know that this injection was painless and that he was very knowledgeable in knowing how to inject and exactly where the injection needed to be placed from a screen that guided him through the process. I would definitely go back to him if necessary for any other injections necessary to diminish my shoulder discomfort.

Dr Stevens is a wonderful and caring provider. The only glitch is my treatment needed pre approval and it was not done and was not time so I had to leave my first appointment and come back the following week This time was not booked with front desk but was out back and I had gotten notification.
