Was there for a yearly physical, felt it wasn't complete enough.

I felt that my primary care provider asked the important questions and answered my questions with good explanations. I'm very pleased to have this connection.

Doctors are too busy and I have to research issues myself. My PC doctor prescribed blood pressure medicine without recommending any holistic treatments. I like my doctor but medicine is not what it used to be.

Staff was very courteous, prompt & helpful. PA-C R. Cianfarano listened and very attentive to my questions. He is kind and thorough in his approach.

My first appointment was the virtual one and then my second one was in person. And I just want to say that I felt heard. The doctor asked me questions directly at me, didn't like speak to me, but spoke, you know, yeah. Anyways, he was a great doctor and the staff was great too. And I just really love the atmosphere. Everybody was nice. Everybody was smiling. It was welcoming. It was very humbly. It was nice.

I was allowed to ask questions and not feel rushed.

We just want to let you know that Rob was great. He listened to the concerns. He addressed each concern separately. He just did a fantastic overall job. Was quite surprised to find out that one of the issues had not ever been addressed by anybody, and he was able to assist with that. He does a really great job. Thank you so much.

I like the facility and I like my primary care physician however, my experience on this particular day, for me, was terrifying. I did call the advocacy line and rather than calling me themselves. They had the doctors office call me. So I did speak to somebody there

Dr cianfarano was excellent and listened to me and l fell like I am getting answers

You need way better customer service on the phone and nobody ever answers your phone.

I asked at the visit and got no answer, why are there 6 different items in the portal action center that need attention but yet haven't been addressed? If it's in my action center, shouldn't my PCP get a notice? Also, it shouldn't take 6 months to get in for a wellness visit. I know health care is having issues in this area but long-time patients should have access over those coming into the practice now.

It is frustrating when trying to reach a person when you have general questions - there is an extremely annoying when the wait time is extensive.

Was going for a cortisone shot and he asked many questions and was very thorough with my getting the shot.I would go back to him again as he knows what he is doing for the shot.

Really like Rob and his team. They are very professional. I never have to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room. I like how they print out blood pressure and all the blood work so you have it to go back and look at very very pleased with the office everyone in the office.

I felt very welcomed and heard even when I had to bring my children along.
