My first appointment was the virtual one and then my second one was in person. And I just want to say that I felt heard. The doctor asked me questions directly at me, didn't like speak to me, but spoke, you know, yeah. Anyways, he was a great doctor and the staff was great too. And I just really love the atmosphere. Everybody was nice. Everybody was smiling. It was welcoming. It was very humbly. It was nice.

I was allowed to ask questions and not feel rushed.

I like the facility and I like my primary care physician however, my experience on this particular day, for me, was terrifying. I did call the advocacy line and rather than calling me themselves. They had the doctors office call me. So I did speak to somebody there

You need way better customer service on the phone and nobody ever answers your phone.

I asked at the visit and got no answer, why are there 6 different items in the portal action center that need attention but yet haven't been addressed? If it's in my action center, shouldn't my PCP get a notice? Also, it shouldn't take 6 months to get in for a wellness visit. I know health care is having issues in this area but long-time patients should have access over those coming into the practice now.

It is frustrating when trying to reach a person when you have general questions - there is an extremely annoying when the wait time is extensive.

Really like Rob and his team. They are very professional. I never have to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room. I like how they print out blood pressure and all the blood work so you have it to go back and look at very very pleased with the office everyone in the office.

My Dr was amazing. He actually listened to my concerns and he didn't try and rush me out of the room for the next patient. He is the best Dr I have ever had the privilege to see. Very respectful. My only concern is that I can't have him as a pcp. I felt very comfortable with his concerns as well as mine. Great Dr. send him to Maine Dartmouth. Every Dr there could really learn a lot from him. From the way he presents himself to the way he listens and talks and his knowledge is amazing.!

The reception and waiting area was very clean. It smelled clean too. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Perfect experience, thank you very much.

Couldn't ask for a better health care office than OAKLAND FAMILY MEDICINE!! From the reception staff to the medical assistant who makes sure my meds are in and ready for when needed and anything comes up like one infection after another I've needed antibiotics or anything at all I know and trust my health and life with them. People don't always go the extra mile or get acknowledged for their commitment to their patients and speaking for myself and my extended family. I feel blessed to have these people in my life!!

I came in with a list of questions, which I asked the PA, who said she would pass them to the doctor. When the doctor came in, he asked me his questions, and, as I had already asked my questions, I had put my list out of my head; only later did I realize that they weren't addressed...

Wait times to schedule an appointment seem very long. All most easier to use urgent care then trying to make an appointment with PCP. Concerned with knowledge of medical history and service and treatment on a personal level. No problem with staff just concerned with amount of load everyone seems to have to carry.

Undue delay in consultation with NP. Expect to wait 20 minutes + or - to be seen...but do not expect to sit in exam room 25 minutes waiting for the arrival of practitioner. An ackowledgment and perhaps an apology and brief explanation would have been appropriate and settled the troubled waters. Expressed my disenchantment with check-out staff who were extremely sensitive to my plight. Superior support staff that appears genuinely concerned about my expressed concern. In the grand scheme of things this is not a 911 issue but timeliness is certainly an element that should be factor.

I absolutely love Rob, and Oakland Family. My only complaint is the ability for referrals to specialists. Waiting over 6 months for several referrals - neurologists, cardiologists, etc. isn't acceptable.
