Rebecca Zebo, MS, PA-C

I was very pleased with Rebecca Zeno. I was so sorry to hear that she will be leaving. She was so thorough, friendly and knowledgeable.

My pcp the last two visits has given me mediocre if not abysmal care. Both times she has "confidently" diagnosed my issues and given treatment without digging into the issues. Both times I have had to escalate the issue and seek treatment other places. Although she is very kind and seemingly knowledgeable, she is wholly insufficient and prideful in her diagnosis and treatment suggestions.

I don't feel like the medical fields do not take good care of you like they use too. They are not doctors first of all. They have to consult someone else. Even the receptionist, I ask them something what I wanted for a print out and they gave me the wrong thing. I don't think they are well trained to do their job. I felt very frustrated after my appointment and I know we are all busy. But that is not customer service how to treat your patients.

Love PA Zebo, She truly cares about any concerns. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The doctor, Rebecca, was very thorough and observant and asked very good questions. She made good eye contact and was very respectful. I enjoyed my visit.

This was my first visit with Rebecca and I found her to be friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable. She took her time and I never felt rushed.

I'd like someone to call me back today after I left a message this morning. I hope that happens today because the voicemail message said don't call and leave more than one message.

Thank you so much for getting me in as soon as you did. So grateful for this medical facility.

I am completely dissatisfied with having an appointment and leaving without any solutions. I am sitting home in a lot of pain because no one has been able to find a solution to my problems.

Staff was very helpful

Rebecca Zebo went through my questions and answered them and waited to see if I understood everything said. The visit was very informative and a lot of help to my wife and I.

I felt like the office and care team took good care of me. Only the second time in this office and both times were consistent. At this point I am very happy with my experience.

I needed a quicker response to a medication prescription & could not get an appointment before the medication ran out. This set back my treatment. I also was not advised I could buy the same medication at the pharmacy without a prescription even though without insurance coverage. I would have done so.

I think Rebecca Szibo is wonderful. Thank you for putting her in your office and letting me be a patient.

I was so happy to be seen on the same day I contacted the office for a medical issue I was having, and I am feeling better already.

I love my new doctor Rebecca Zebo. She is very thorough, has great information and knowledge to share and includes my opinion when we decide together what is the best care for me.

I just wish the doctor would listen more. Not keep wanting to add more service that I have to keep paying out of pocket for. There should be no need to jump into other procedures without running proper test.

Rebecca Zebo made me feel that she will really care about me as a person! I am a new patient at Oakland Family Medicine. She is wonderful!!

Doctor Zebo was really great with me I was very happy to get right in.

I had to wait 35 minutes to see my doctor.

Rebecca Zebo has been very informative of my care and doesn't rush my visit, she makes me feel comfortable and I leave without questions. I am glad to have her as my new health provider. All the nurses have been amazing also. Check in has been very easy.

Rebecca Zebo is my PCP and I feel very confident with her abilities. She is always professional, personable, caring, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I am glad she is my PCP and is taking care of me.

My provider is the best! That's why I chose to follow her to Oakland. I drive one hour to see her and that's okay. She's compassionate, a wonderful listener, and doesn't rush. She involves me in my care.

Rebecca is a fantastic provider. Thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions. So thankful she is part of the team. I hope she stays as having a PCP change often has been difficult. Hopefully she remains so there is a better patient doctor relationship

I answered somewhat to knowing my medical history only because this was my first visit with this PA. I felt good when I left and I really hope she stays with this practice.
