Yes, they were very helpful. The doctor listened. She let me talk and I explained to her about the diet I've been on. I've lost 95 pounds and I explained to her different things I'm doing for exercise and different things about different conditions and she listened and was very helpful and I'm very happy with this facility so far. Hopefully they'll keep it up in the future. Thank you.

I see Rebecca Vose and I absolutely love her. She's very kind. She thinks and, you know, excuse me, she listens and thinks and then comes back with answers, which is nice. She's just an overall fantastic person.

Rebecca is an excellent, excellent, excellent doctor. We've been coming to her since she's been assigned to us and she has been, we go to her because we like her, prefer her to a lot of other people. Excellent, excellent, excellent doctor. And we do recommend her to other people. Wish FMI could take and bring more, was accepting more people because we have people that we've recommended and they can't get in because there isn't enough room. You guys are good.

I feel like they are trying to do better and listen to their patients better than they used to, but I do still have, you know, some have had some bad experiences in the past that still are in my mind. So I'm still kind of, I guess, waiting to see more if things are actually better there than they used to be. So far, things are better than they were before.

The appointment went well, however my prescriptions continually get sent to different pharmacy 's . I have called fmi to have that issue addressed many times. I was told each time the problem would be corrected but it continues to happen. When I called fmi today to address the issue yet again I was on hold for 1 hour and 5 mins. and still didn't get to talk to anyone. I am very unhappy and I am considering changing doctors.
