Dr. Thomas was WONDERFUL! Needs to get dr of the yr!!! It was my husband's first time meeting her and he was VERY impressed! She did not rush us and answered all questions! It felt like the healthcare we were used to long ago!! It was a wonderful experience!!!

I can tell the doctor doesn't care. She just keeps brushing off my problems. I came in with shoulder pain and just went through a severe flare of autoimmune disease that no one knows what it is. Didn't discuss bloodwork, didn't address shoulder pain, there was no real plan or follow up.

I felt the care team was truly concerned about my wellbeing.

I can tell that she does sincerely care about my, you know, recovery and that I stay consistent in it. And I can tell that she's very, you know, forthcoming with everything that she says and does. She lets me know everything that I need to improve on and everything that I'm not improving on and what I need to do to make myself better in this situation. She answers every and any questions that I have consistently without judgment. I feel comfortable coming to this place and doing this as hard as it was for me to do at first because of how warm and open she is towards us. And I'm very thankful for that.

This was my first visit as we recently moved to the area. It took about 16 months to get an appointment. Obviously more doctor's would help. Although I understand how this works. My medical records were not there yet was why I answered the questions the way I did. Dr. Thomas was excellent. I really like her. She was training a medical student as well, and he seemed nice. The nurse who took my vitals was also excellent. I'm very happy with my visit, the care given and the check in, check out staff.

Dr. Thomas is exceptionally skilled, both medically and emotionally. She immediately understood what the most important priorities of my care were and zeroed in on them. One could not have hoped for a better doctor to handle my issues.

Rachel is great and always listens and I don't have a problem at all with her. The only issue I have is that the doctor's offices don't communicate back and forth very well. The systems don't, they're not compatible. So it seems like there's always information that I have to tell each provider when I go to them. If there was an upgrade in the system and all places were compatible within the main general system, that would be a big help.

This was a seminar put on by done if your staff. Very informative, very nice young ladies!! I even tried tofu! Very satisfied with Maine General, with the exception of the ER.
