Quick, easy, and everybody was super friendly

Rachel Stadler was like a breath of fresh air. She asked many questions and listened intently to my answers. She was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Her instructions as to what I am to do and what to expect were clear and concise.

Everything was perfect during my visit. The staff was efficient and professional and thorough. My prescription needed to be adjusted and it took 3 calls and more than 24 hrs to fix that however.

The intake and treatment parts of the appointment were great. However, medication was prescribed on a Thursday morning and as of Friday afternoon had still not been called into the pharmacy after several attempts by myself to call the office to ask when it would be sent to my pharmacy.

I'm super grateful that they were able to get me in so quickly.

I am grateful for the promptness of the team that worked with me and any questions I had, they were very forthcoming with my answers and I would definitely be excited to go back there and I'm looking forward to my next appointment actually. So I thank everyone there for all the help that they gave me and I welcome anything that they can do for me. Thank you very much.

After coming here from Rumford Hospital, you have a patient who will drive 1.5 hours just to be seen by your staff

I went in as a walk-in after an injury and I was glad that they had the walk-in facility so I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment after a bad fall I had. So I was very grateful for that. Thank you.

I did the walk-in clinic and the gentleman that registered me was kind of not nice. The nurse and the x-ray technician were very nice. I don't feel the doctor really heard what I was saying about my history.

I feel very fortunate that the Immediate Access care is available. The attending PA was fabulous. Bless all of the staff for their professionalism.

Attentive, friendly and competent staff

I awoke in the wee hrs. of this morning in excruciating wrist pain whereas prior to yesterday's pain I had only minimal aching. I am in pain now. Why would anyone order x-rays 10 days after the original? She initially told me she didn't see anything broken.
