I was very impressed as this was my first visit to the facility.

I went in as a walk-in after an injury and I was glad that they had the walk-in facility so I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment after a bad fall I had. So I was very grateful for that. Thank you.

I did the walk-in clinic and the gentleman that registered me was kind of not nice. The nurse and the x-ray technician were very nice. I don't feel the doctor really heard what I was saying about my history.

I feel very fortunate that the Immediate Access care is available. The attending PA was fabulous. Bless all of the staff for their professionalism.

Attentive, friendly and competent staff

I awoke in the wee hrs. of this morning in excruciating wrist pain whereas prior to yesterday's pain I had only minimal aching. I am in pain now. Why would anyone order x-rays 10 days after the original? She initially told me she didn't see anything broken.

Very efficient

I was able to walk into your office, get an x-ray, talk with a nurse and get treated within a reasonable amount of time when two other facilities couldn't help me. I really appreciated the people in your facility. Thank you so much when I was a patient in need.

Everyone (PSR, MA, RAD tech, PA) was attentive, reassuring, and provided clinical updates during my visit to ortho walk-in. It was exactly what I needed for my issue.

I have always had good luck at this facility, but this past visit I was unable to get my prescription that was promised. It's been four days and I still have not received my prescription.

I regret that I could be admitted to Maine General for rehab because Augusta Rehab has ceased the care I need .
