Rachel was great. I was very nervous when I came in because my ankles had been quite swollen the night before. She was very reassuring. She gave me good information, which has worked, and overall I was quite satisfied. And as I have been with most all the other visits that I've had to Express Care. So thank you for reaching out. Rachel is incredible!

The provider was incredibly helpful and explained things in a way that I hadn't understood them before, so that was very helpful. And the MA was amazing. Just very capable, but at the same time, very friendly and supportive. And I really appreciated that. They were both really wonderful.

I would just say that all the staff were polite, caring, and listened to me the best they could as my voice would intermittently not work because of coughing.

Rachel was personable and listened to my explanation of symptoms. She then explained an aspect of this problem that I hadn't heard before, and she took action by prescribing medicine to take care of it. I was grateful for her care and was glad to meet her.

Yes, my experience with my provider that day at Express Care was just excellent. She listened hard, listened thoughtfully, looked over my medications, went over, so I asked some questions, she answered them.

Hi. Yes, I had had a fall a week or more previous to my visit and not only did Rachel and the nurse who first saw me take good care of me in terms of my knee, but they recognized that having a fall and having hit my head, they should ask me questions that would help them decide if I needed a CAT scan for a brain bleed. I found them extraordinarily kind and helpful. Thank you.

Long wait

The wait time was fairly short. I also appreciate that the provider was very efficient and gave me instructions on how to follow up should I not feel better.

I had called after my appointment for a follow up for my prescription refill and I never heard back from anyone. I had to take it into my own hands and call the Walgreens myself and figure out my prescription. I needed it coming from my doctor and she never called me back in the front desk never returned my call. I was very unimpressed by the lack of communication after my appointment.

He did very well. I came with blocked ears and they did their best to clean them out. I think I still have a little bit in there, but it's not their fault. But I do want to thank you for your service that you did to me and you got me in and out promptly. Thank you very much.
