I have been in pain level six for a week now and I've been to two prompt cares. I've been to two patient care practitioners and now I'm at the ER. I want pain relief. Nobody is helping me much at all.

I appreciated being sent on to the hospital to have a cat scan to rule out a possible aneurysm. Luckily, it turned out to be a Cervical Strain and Sprain. I was medicated and discharged with a set of exercises which I am following carefully with good results.

Rachel did a very good job of explaining my x-ray and giving me some ideas how to make my wrist feel better. She did a great job and appreciated her efforts. Thank you.

I've only had great care through Maine General.

So when you enter the Gardner Family Medicine, there is a huge cubicle of people who take care of reception. And that's a difficulty already because, you know, you come in just one person, unfortunately, and you have to face these cubicles of glass and wood. It's very bureaucratic and it's quite unfriendly. And I don't think that smiling and eye contact are, as a rule, given. I don't know why that is.

The provider and nurse were both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made for a very pleasant trip to urgent care!

You guys are much better. We have a choice between going to you if we have a problem or going to Gardner. We go to you because going to the emergency room forever. You guys are always pleasant. You take care of the problem and we keep coming back to you guys because you're good. Thank you.

Rachel was very skilled and my comfort was of importance to her, letting me know everything step by step and asking was I doing ok during the procedure , final steps, and what to expect at home afterwards. Thank you for her !

It would be much better if this Maine General had more Equipment like MRI machines that one thing would save a lot of time waiting and relief of Augusta's and Portland. Come on make Gardiner better now. They have the room.

I didn't have to wait very long before a nurse came in. The nurse was fantastic, very, very kind to me and my children. Advised that there could be a wait up to 15 minutes. If there's going to be more than 15 minutes, she would let us know. So we were constant, you know, we were aware at all times of what was to be expected.

Service was prompt, everyone was cheerful and helpful.

I just want to add to my comments about Rachel Flynn. She was extremely interested and listened well when I went in for her help. She asked questions of me that were very easy to understand so that I could help her help me. That's very important. She explained pretty much what my situation was and why I was experiencing it. Again, in knowledge that I could understand and ask questions. I didn't feel rushed. I felt very comfortable. I really hope when you give positive feedback to your employees, I hope that you do give them positive feedback when we take the time to leave it. It's really important for them to know that they are going above and beyond for people right now. I think it's very tough. I think Express Care is a hard place for those people to be working, but they do a wonderful job. Keep up the good work. Thank you very much.

Yes, I'd like to say about Rachel and everybody at Gardner Express Care, they were great with me. Rachel explained what was wrong and how to fix it and everything. And I would definitely go back next time. I definitely highly recommend Gardner Express Care.

The reception was rather chilly but perfectly efficient. The care team was fantastic and I've already recommended them and I've been there in the past and I've recommended them before, but I must have mentioned it to five or six people this week. It was just excellent. Thank you.

All the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Rachel the PA was wonderful and explained in detail what they were going to and how long it would take. She said after I had an X-ray it could take 2 hrs for them to be read. That was the only thing that was hard to hear. I could hardly breath and I had to wait there 2 hrs to see what X-rays said. Ended up I had pneumonia and bronchitis.

Rachel was great. I was very nervous when I came in because my ankles had been quite swollen the night before. She was very reassuring. She gave me good information, which has worked, and overall I was quite satisfied. And as I have been with most all the other visits that I've had to Express Care. So thank you for reaching out. Rachel is incredible!

The provider was incredibly helpful and explained things in a way that I hadn't understood them before, so that was very helpful. And the MA was amazing. Just very capable, but at the same time, very friendly and supportive. And I really appreciated that. They were both really wonderful.

I would just say that all the staff were polite, caring, and listened to me the best they could as my voice would intermittently not work because of coughing.
