I really loved Persis Hope. She was really concerned with my care. She was bubbly and optimistic and just spent a lot of time with me going over everything about me and really trying to solve the issues that I have with thoughtful, helpful ways that were personal to me. She was fantastic. I felt so grateful that I'd found her.

My experience with the healthcare provider was very positive. I felt seen and heard and understood, and look forward to our next visit. I felt that the appointment making process could be improved with faster response time and more communication. There was no appointment confirmation via text, phone or email in the days preceding the visit. And no returned calls when I left a message twice asking for confirmation. I live over an hour away so I really needed to know before making the trip.

Persis (I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly) was amazing. She asked questions and listened. We had enough time together to cover everything which is rare. She looked at me as a whole. We made a plan and I left with information to get started. I wish I had been referred here before my the endless tests scheduled at Main General which cost me so much as a single person. After months with them I walked away with no plan and a whole lot less money. The Ballard Center listened and I'm grateful for that.

The session was unusual in that it was more like a collaborative effort between NP Persis and me to address my issues and find possible solutions. She listens, she follows a train of thought to the end. She inspires confidence and hope for resolving an ongoing health issue.

Meeting with Persis Hope is one of the best medical experiences ever. I always learn something that is helpful towards making me more knowledgeable and healthier. To come away with a written record of what we worked on with new information is most rewarding . She always reports in to my doctor which is also most helpful.
