I need pain meds. I can't wait till after surgery. I need something for pain now.

The orthopedic team is above average. Oscar is great. He made me feel comfortable. He spoke about my from least invasive to a complete knee replacement, he gave me I formed options. The nursing staff and other staff also made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are an exceptional team and an exceptional team.

The doctors and staff there are outstanding, but getting a hold and leaving a message or talking to someone at the office is absolutely ridiculous. I've tried for three days and this is not the first time that this has happened to me and it's happening to others. You need to have someone there to just answer phones. Thank you very much.

After the appointment we were asked to wait for the PA to bring back an appointment time... They never brought it to us. After about 15 minutes, we were told they would call with an appointment time. It was very confusing.

Pleasant and informative

Dr. Falconer was very kind, answered plenty of questions, did not hurry me through my appointment. X-ray technician was excellent, not feeling rushed or any other issues. And the staff was just lovely. And it was a very, very busy place, but I was told to take my time and not to rush as I was limping. And it was good. And I would certainly visit Gardner Family again. Thank you.

I called Maine General Orthopedics a week ago to schedule an appointment. Said they couldn't get me in to the Oakland office until January 2027. But they put me on the "call me if there is a cancelation list". I got a call within a few days. Very happy to get in since I am having alot of pain with my right knee.

Every time I go to Express Care I get great treatment.

Checked in as requested before 9:30am appointment, was asked to be seated in waiting area. No one came to me by 10:00am, so I asked at check in if something was holding up my appointment. Though some apologies happened, it seemed clear there was lack of communication between check in and office staff. Things happen, I know, but there was no communication to me about the delay.

The staff is courteous and quick service, too. I received a gel shot in my left knee and it seems to be working well, so I will be making another appt. for a shot to my right knee as well. Thanks to all for the great care.

NP had little interest in addressing my questions or issues. Scheduling was chaos as asked to fill a cancellation, last minute call to rush in, let sit for one hour after rushing 35 miles in.

Everyone was great. The check-in people were not particularly patient focused and showed little interest. But Oscar was great. The practice fire exceeded my expectations.

Oscar Falconer was very friendly and was willing to listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoughtfully. He's a very good provider.

The staff was very nice, but I was kind of disappointed with Oscar Falco because I didn't get really treated the way I thought I was going to get treated. So I just don't think I'll be going to him again. He told me that he just did knee replacements and hip replacements, so I don't know why I was referred to him in the first place. He told me to take my stuff and go home, so I did. I was really, really kind of surprised. So I guess I won't be seeing Oscar again. Thank you.

I hadn't expected such a long wait (1 month plus) to get another Prior Authorization from insurance , and then another 5 or 6 weeks for an appointment with Oscar. When you're having pain walking around, 2 more months for treatment seems like a long time.

Great people and Doctors

It was a rushed meeting with the nurse. They seemed very busy. When I got the forms to fill out they were for knee surgery and I'm having a hip replacement. And I've found out since that he could not find where to send my pain prescription making me wonder if I'll get any. It should not be up to me to have to check on these things.

My time there was great!! I really appreciated the fact that he didn't know what my problem was, he told me that and sent me to the ER. I appreciate his honesty!!

This is the best health care I get in this state of pain. So, and I was triaged before I could even finish signing in. So, it truly is pressed care, and this is where I usually come because the doctors are good, and my foot is responding to its treatment.

The whole practice is wonderful.

The PA we saw was absolutely awful. He walked in, did not introduce himself, grabbed my toddler's broken arm and then said he didn't believe his arm was fractured because "he said his whole arm hurt." They did not xray the correct part of his arm to adequately see the fracture so "he can just take the splint off and play because it's fine" and I had to very vocally advocate for my child for the PA to even change his recommendation to keep the splint on for another week, when ANYONE can see that the treatment plan is 3-4 weeks in a splint. I spoke to my pediatrician right after and sent him a picture of the original xray that showed the fracture and he quickly said that he had a buckle fracture and needed to keep the splint on for an additional 2-3 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff was very good .They went abond there job.

Recieved no information about choices in my care, no information about what to expect after treatment. Recieved gel injection, he put bandaid on with adhesive part over injection site, left the room before I had even gotten off the table.

I was very satisfied.

Written post-treatment self-care should be provided. Nothing was, not even a generic pamphlet was provided.

Everyone was great and friendly, but I was wondering why I was never asked for my med list that I had prepared, maybe they already had it in their system. They may have asked me simply if anything changed and it didn't. I just had it still on hand that was all. I am supposed to be referred for an MRI unless I was supposed to have my PCP do the referral, I emailed about that today. So things were a little confusing for me, it was likely just me. I was tired. Not sure. I didn't have any issues with anything. The girls in all Ortho areas are always fun to chat with. I was promptly emailed back today about another question I had of the Doctor. So I think the visit went really well.

You could let me know more information about the brace that was prescribed to me and how it just keeps falling down my leg and if there's any other alternative brace.

The receiptionist was rude actually swore once. the next person I saw thought I was there for my right hip. It was my left. The people in radiation thought it was for my right knee. I have been there for both of those things but not at this appointment.

I have never had any issues with the team at enterprise drive.

The PA that skimmed over my treatment was very vague. I am a blood thinners after he stuck me with the needle asked if I was a bleeder no prep at all trident to use the bandage to wipe up the blood.

Good experience, wasn't informed if I should wear support hose or a knee brace where I had a cortisone injection.

I felt like there was a lack of communication. Also, I wasn't asked about my symptoms and how my knee was affecting me. I felt rushed and when the doctor was done and left the room I sat there and waited because I thought he was coming back and finally a nurse asked if I was waiting for someone. She went and asked the doctor if he was done and came back and told me I could go.

I find this practice very efficient and knowledgeable.

I don't feel that I was informed as well as I should be about my care. I don't think that the exam went that good.

If I need to have blood drawn or x-rays done, I will definitely go there. So much easier for me than Augusta.
