Staff was very friendly in person.

All around great experience...set my mind at ease.

The PA that skimmed over my treatment was very vague. I am a blood thinners after he stuck me with the needle asked if I was a bleeder no prep at all trident to use the bandage to wipe up the blood.

They were very polite and professional as usual thank you very much for your great staff and care

After being misdiagnosed for four weeks, your provider figured it out and prescribed me an antibiotic which I'm responding to! Thank you Oscar! I appreciate it!

Good experience, wasn't informed if I should wear support hose or a knee brace where I had a cortisone injection.

I felt like there was a lack of communication. Also, I wasn't asked about my symptoms and how my knee was affecting me. I felt rushed and when the doctor was done and left the room I sat there and waited because I thought he was coming back and finally a nurse asked if I was waiting for someone. She went and asked the doctor if he was done and came back and told me I could go.

I find this practice very efficient and knowledgeable.

I don't feel that I was informed as well as I should be about my care. I don't think that the exam went that good.

If I need to have blood drawn or x-rays done, I will definitely go there. So much easier for me than Augusta.

The appointment time I received in a phone call was different that the time I received in a text. Phone stated 11:00, text stated 11:45. Confusing.

Ortho team was welcoming and took my condition seriously.

When I got home and read my xray report, I realized that there were actually 2 fragility fractures in my lower leg/ankle. This was different than the initial xray taken when I first had the fracture. No one explained this to me. I feel like they hadn't even read the initial report.

My experience with Oscar and the doctor and the nurses was wonderful. I mean, they all know their business, they're to the point, they don't mingle any words, and they're a good team. And I wouldn't go anyplace else to have a hip or knee surgery, but right there. Thank you.

Oscar was great. He listened but was efficient with his assessment and treatment options up to and including saving me time and treated me with cortisone shots the same day and a plan if they do not work for me.

Doctor spent maybe 10 min with me. He was nice but I felt more like a number than a person

Oscar F PA entered the room, sat down and said I need an MRI. I stated that I had one In July. He asked only one question as to how my injury occurred. As I was explaining he's talking over me. He abruptly without warning, got up and left.

Oscar was easy to talk with,made me comfortable with upcoming surgery

It was a totally positive experience with orthopedics. I would definitely recommend anybody I know that needs there services to contact them before any other orthopedic service

Well, as a former employee of Express Care back in the 80s when it started, I found that everyone that was involved doing an excellent job. And I would definitely tell anyone, just as I was told, to come down and use them if they need to. Thank you very much. Bye.

The Dr was great. Even when I hollered he was really good

They all have been so wonderful, and nice. I really feel like they care and I'm not just a number or a cash sign.

Just wish my replacement knee date would be sooner. I know you are all busy but I am very uncomfortable

It was a good experience and I think Oscar did what he could do without an x-ray. I went to see a surgeon, back surgeon, the following day down in Portland with Maine Health and he did a very thorough workup on me. That meeting had already been scheduled and concluded that it was probably just a muscle strain, not what Oscar had diagnosed. That's okay, that's not a problem. He didn't have x-rays, I think, closely to look at this difficulty. He did prescribe, Oscar had prescribed a pain medication, which it turns out my insurance company wouldn't offer. And anyway, Tylenol seems to have worked just fine. He said I could take Tylenol, 1,000 milligrams four times a day, and that worked fine for me. And I seem to be on the upswing. I'm at physical therapy. I seem to be improving.

There was one problem. One of the drugs prescribed, namely Journavx, is not compatible with my oral chemo drug, Gleevec. My oncologist spotted the problem and advised me to not use Journavx.

Answered all my questions well.

Scheduled appointment two months out from initial visit at express care, that was the only part that wasn't super. Dr Oscar was awesome all the staff were super at this office.

Yes, I was highly impressed with Express Care, period. I have been to the emergency department in the past, and the service was terrible. Six-hour wait, period. I was in and out of here within an hour, and Oscar was extremely kind and helpful. It was a great experience.

This provider didn't say anything as far as what he thought was wrong or give me any feedback whatsoever!

Always a pleasure

I must say I was thrilled to have a doctor come in on the time that I had. He was prompt, right on the nose of my appointment date and my appointment time, gave me a cortisone shot in my knee and was gone. That's how quick I was in and out of my appointment, which is, I think, a first. They're usually never on time. I usually have to wait in the waiting room and then when I am called, I go in and wait again in another room. By the time I get out of there, half the day is gone. Oscar was absolutely wonderful. I was thrilled to death that he was so prompt. I just wish everybody else was close to being as prompt. Thank you for listening.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to call him Dr. Oscar, but he was excellent. I got more information out of him than I've gotten in a long time. So he was very good and very thorough.

The provider came in did introduce himself immediately starting about a hip replacement left side did not ask me any history did not ask me anything I told him I wanted to give him a rundown on what had gone on the look he gave me was like Well yeah if you have to. I have a high threshold for pain but on his exam and manipulation of my legs hips I told him how much it hurt quite loudly on the left side it was enough the right side which is extremely painful it was enough to make me actually yell that hurts. I left there in far more pain than when I arrived this is the next day after the exam and I am painful in areas that I didn't even have pain when I went in. I asked him about steroid injections he was just so cold and unfeeling I never want to see him again. I'm not just a number to be shoved through for a daily quota and that's what I I felt like.
